Lost refund, no help from vivid
Well I guess it’s time to change my review.
Everything goes well till you need some answers and in that case you get generic answers, customer assistants don’t pay attention to the information given, and even leave the chat open, so you can not send the solicited info that proves something is wrong on Vivid’s end…
