The rucksack is nice...except that any tiny bit of rain will collect - and stay - in the front pocket. It's officially not waterproof (as the snotty, highly unpleasant customer service will remind you) but I have never had a zipper that leaky. I still use the product, just empty the pocket at any sign of drizzle.

I like the gilet or body warmer . Like the lining & the pattern , ofcourse you can wear it both ways . Like the zip & the high neck line . All in all it's a lovely piece.

Lovely product, packed well and arrived quickly. This is the second waterproof as I always receive compliments when wearing them.

The raincoat is just ok. It was thinner than expected and I didn't love it so because of the hefty price tag I decided to return it. Now I've emailed on six occasions and Vivimari won't reply or help. I've started the returns but can get no postage label. Six emails and no returns is just rude and unnecessary. I will not be stuck with this £90 raincoat. I want to return it!!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The products are absolutely gorgeous and the quality is fabulous. Would highly recommend.

Vivimari has become my go-to for everyday bags and outerwear... I first purchased their padded grey bag in size small last year, and literally haven't used any other bag since, so I decided to also get the mini teddy bag as soon as it came out a few weeks ago...it is so elegant, versatile and light - and of course I love the sustainability of these products too! I also have the reversible bomber vest in pale olive and sand, and am so impressed with its quality, warmth and design. Simply beautiful. 100% recommend!!!

Very quick delivery to the UK and because my basket was over £100 I had no delivery costs. I bought a raincoat which looks like I expected it to look and I have since been getting loads of comments on the high street. And then I also bought a large padded bag which is my best travel companion. I have now got the gilet on my xmas list.

I have just received the raincoats that I ordered for our children and they are very practical and look like good quality. The order process was straight forward and the items arrived very quickly. Might be getting some Xmas presents from here..

I’m still waiting for my rain coat , I keep emailing them with no replies at all , I’m a very sad customer. I ordered it on the 3rd of October. I live in France.

Bought for early Christmas presents for both my wife & daughter - They were used the following day (No surprise there, e are in England!) & they kept dry the whole time - Fantastic, well worth the cost

Returns are a nightmare, don't order from here. Really this is an expensive poncho that is way too big, but returning it is impossible (it costs 18 euros and they don't even send any return form??). Stay away from this company.

I love my new rain coat. Really well made and stylish. I bought the kids size as I’m only 5’2 and the length is perfect for me. I’ve worn it a few times now and the rain just runs off it. It will be a fantastic addition to my winter wardrobe this year. I can now wear some of my warmer non water resistant coats underneath, and be both warm and dry this winter.

A cheap poncho and not a rain coat. You have to wear a coat underneath because the fabric is so thin.
Plus 18 euros to return a tiny package!

quality is really good,
I think its a bit too oversized(one size fits all) but its ok especially wearing over thicker jackets.

I love walking and hate getting wet or worse still not going out in the rain for my daily exercise. This waterproof is exactly what I was looking for and is much more compact than I thought it would be which is great as I can easily take it with my in my bag, just in case.
