I'm a long-time customer. VivioTech has terrific support, reasonable prices, and great security. It's a tech company where the people shine as much as the technology. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
They were really great. Now that they are filtering incoming email using SpamCop and reject most of my valid incoming emails (Banking emails, credit card emails, utility company emails, 2FA emails) while still allowing junk mail to arrive, it's become quite the pain the backside. I can't login to any of my online accounts that want to email me a 2FA code when viviotech and spamcop block those emails. Of course I was told I could start paying extra every month to have them fix the problem they created.

I've been using VivioTech for over a year now and i'm constantly impressed with their service... both technological and customer support. They're quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and fill me with confidence that my entire hosted infrastructure is in good hands.
I've had some mediocre, and even lousy, hosts over my decades of web dev work and VivioTech is easily the very best company i've ever worked with. Can't recommend them enough!
Don't do business with them!
Let me use their service for a few months then blame some "system problem" and said that they wouldn't refund me for the rest of the years i had bought from them..

They are a phenomenal hosting company. I moved all of my websites to VivioTech during the past 3 months. I could not be happier with their support and technology. I love the 3 minute or less response time for requests for support. Much, much better than the hosting company I left, 48 hours to get acknowledged. Move to VivioTech, you don't know what you are missing.
