Sales representative was helpful and patient. We went well over the usual closing time but did not hurry me along and helped with my online order as well.

Product quality is great, however Returns policy is whack. It would be great if there were more central stores.

Awaiting refund

My order was cancelled by VIVOBAREFOOT due to no stock available. I’m am still waiting for my refund. Please pay my money back.

New way to view footwear

Vivo shoes have revolutionarised the way I and my family view footwear - we can’t get enough of them!
Superb service by the company as well - if something doesn’t fit they refund or exchange with no questions asked
So happy to be wearing them

It was easy to order online

It was easy to order online, and your foot measurement template is very clever and useful to select the shoe size. The order and payment system was super easy to use and the product was dispatched via The Courier Guy almost immediately. Great service, thank you!
