The service was good, very friendly and not pressured to spend on more treatments. I also got a free complimentary treatment as I was having a few treatments. Would recommend. Still waiting to results of my fat freezing treatment.

I had a plasma eye lift treatment with Cherie. I was quite sceptical about whether treatment would work at all, but I have been pleasantly surprised and very pleased by the improvement. Cherie was absolutely lovely, and is evidently an excellent practitioner. My experience with Vivo has been wonderful and I will certainly be booking further treatments through Vivo.

First appointment with Diana, great experience, made me very comfortable. Looking forward to the results and my return visit..

Gemma was absolutely amazing, wise beyond her years, she was able to answer any and all questions I had regarding treatments and what they did. Gemma was also very helpful when a previous session at a different branch went wrong, she helped remedy the problem.

All in all my experience was great and I will definitely be going back.

Second appointment with Shayma in Glasgow who made sure I was comfortable throughout the fat freezing procedure and was very professional. I enjoyed the very relaxing facial treatments and look forward to seeing the results in the coming weeks.

She knows exactly what she is doing and have accurate knowledge about the procedures.

The clinician was lovely and explained the treatment really well. The fat freeze applicators were very painful on my legs but the rest was bearable. I also got the supersonic fat melt on my chin and it was honestly the worst loud sound only I could hear. I would not recommend to get this if you cannot tolerate loud sounds as I was struggling to hear at work the rest of the day.
I did feel like the whole session I couldn’t really relax as I was being upsold the entire time with other products. Also the aftercare cream wasn’t applied on my stomach and one of my arms just certain areas of my body where the applicator went which was a bit odd, after being told to also purchase this too as it would help with recovery.

It was my first ever body treatment and she did a great job. I had the HIFU face lift and fat freeze treatment over 8 areas, she took great care, made my body feel happy and safe.

I will definitely keep booking with her ❤️
