Genny was friendly welcoming and professional and provided a full outline of expectations of the treatment. I booked in for a Hifu face treatment. It was my first experience and she offered a safe reassuring space to ask questions. The treatment was completed with minimal discomfort and I found the experience very relaxing

Both my appointments was really good and I had the same treatments both appointments and I saw results after the first one I am pleased and I was treated well and the company are good at what they do!

Had an HIFU treatment and although it was a bit nippy to start with by the end I was really relaxed and enjoyed the time I was there

I had an amazing HIFU treatment session with Taylor! She was incredibly attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she also took the time to explain the treatment in detail, which I really appreciated. I had an amazing experience with Vivo. I came in for Lemon bottle fat elimination and it was amazing. It’s not my first time having it and I was at first reluctant but vivo explained the differences between different providers and I’ve already started to see some amazing results!! I would definitely recommend vivo if you’re looking for a great service at an affordable price.

Excellent experience at the Birmingham clinic. The 2 therapists that saw me and my sister were brilliant and really looked after us. Can’t wait to come back for my next session.

Was scammed out of £81 by the Birmingham clinic, After paying £50 deposit for EMSCULPT . waited around for half an hour . Lady came in took me into a room, never even really bothered checking my tummy . I wanted the right treatment of course. She said you need radio frequency, yet proceeded to use the EMSCULPT. So charged for something I didn’t need but still proceeded. Not very professional Sandra! Would not recommend the Birmingham clinic at all .

I had my first visit to the Vivo clinic in London (Great portland street) today.
Gemma was wonderful, she was very friendly,patient and made me feel at ease.
She explained everything very clear to me about the equipment and what to expect,nothing was rushed,and I felt so relaxed that i even decided to treat myself to an extra treatment.😊
I have read some bad reviews on other clinics, but i highly recommend this particular Vivo clinic in London.

Keisha was amazing. Explained everything to me in full. I had the hi fu treatment wasn’t pleasant a little uncomfortable but as the saying goes no pain no gain. This is my 2nd treatment at the Leeds clinic easy to find and great car park.
