Fat Freezing
I had the fat freezing treatment. It’s a good treatment. The therapist knew what she was doing. The applicators couldn’t be applied to all areas as discussed over the phone so alternative treatments were offered to treat that area. Environment was really professional. Therapist made me feel comfortable during treatment. Location is good. Parking available on site.

Transparency Misrepresented and Concerns Dismissed
Following my previous review and the clinic’s response, I feel it is important to provide a further update.
To recap, after undergoing cryolipolysis (fat freezing) treatment, I developed a firm, localised, “brick-like” mass in the exact area treated. This has now persisted for over a month and does not resemble normal swelling. In fact, the area appears more prominent rather than reduced.
When I first raised this concern with the clinic around three weeks ago, I was explicitly told that what I was experiencing was unrelated to the treatment and that they had never encountered anything like it before. I was advised to see my GP, with the clear implication that this had nothing to do with the procedure I had undergone.
It was only after I carried out my own research and identified a documented side effect — Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH) — which closely matches my symptoms, that the clinic then shifted their position and acknowledged that this could, in fact, be a possibility.
In their public response to my previous review, the clinic stated that PAH is a known, though rare, risk and that it is included in their consent forms. However, there was also an in-person consultation prior to the treatment where side effects were discussed verbally. During that conversation, several risks were mentioned, but PAH was not brought up at all.
While I understand that this is a rare complication, it is still a significant one, and patients should be properly informed of such risks both in writing and during consultations so they can make a fully informed decision.
The clinic also stated in their response that a member of their team would be in touch to discuss my case further and assist me. It has now been a week since that response, and I have still not been contacted.
The lack of follow-up, combined with the way this situation has been handled so far — particularly the initial dismissal of my concerns — is disappointing and does not reflect the level of care and transparency that was communicated publicly.
I am still waiting to be contacted and would appreciate a timely and responsible response to address this situation properly.
