I just did my Crylipolysis and Aqualyx injection today at the clinic in Palace street. The whole experience was great. Diana was fantastic. She explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable, answered all my queries and had the lightest of hands that I did not feel anything during the multiple injection of Aqualyx. The Cryolipolysis was painless and Diana always made sure I’m comfortable all the way. I had the best experience in Vivobody studio Palace street. Highly recommend Diana as well. :)

I’ve now completed my three-session treatment at the Victoria salon, all delivered by Diana, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She’s professional yet genuinely friendly and empathetic, always taking the time to understand things from the client’s perspective. Diana consistently made me feel at ease and comfortable, with great communication throughout each session. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

Had a session of Cryolipolysis with Taylor today. She is very professional, knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Very happy with the treatment and the information she provided me during the session. Was so impressed that I booked next 2 sessions and referred my wife too. Looking forward to the next sessions!

This was my first time having any procedures done like this and Justine had made me feel so comfortable the whole way through. She explained in detail what each part of the procedure was going to do and was happy to answer any questions I asked her. Such a lovely, friendly environment. I attended Vivo Clinic - London Palace Street for fat freezing treatment and Misba was great! She explained everything to me at every step, listened when I expressed discomfort and was super kind.

My treatment took longer than expected as I was advised by the online team I’d only need a certain amount, but during her assessment I needed more. She was very understanding, stayed later to do most of my treatment and then booked me in for the remainder. She’s very warming, engaging and welcoming, and also gave me extra advice on how to get the best out of my treatment courses.

Misba is an absolute star and highly recommended!

I’ve had an amazing experience at VIVO, I’ve had several sessions with them now and honestly, so happy with the service and their attentiveness. Especially Gemma, who takes her time to explain the treatments, and is always so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!
