This wa my first time placing an order with Vivy London and still very new with online shopping in general. A bit longer longer on delivery that promised but everything arrived in good condition. handbag looks so good. Thank you
Ordered a pair of boots for weekend trips and they've been great so far. The fit was spot on right out of the box which rarely happens for me. They have enough support for walking around all day without feeling heavy. Delivery took about a week and everything arrived in perfect condition.
Decent but could be better. to be fair the costumer support was very helpfull is just iwsh i didnt have to return pieces.

The design is why I keep ordering from Vivy London. Everything looks lovely on, the cuts are flattering and the colours go with loads of stuff I already own. It always feels a bit more expensive than what I paid. Really happy with how everything looks! i look forward to them launching a male collection for my husband haha!
