Really disappointed with this app. The same commercial every 3 minutes. Watching a series and the same commercial pop up constantly. Really bad app:(( 😡

I would have given 0 stars if possible. Live streaming is awful image keeps freezing and buffering continuously. Imagine you are watching a soccer game in selected photograms. Absurd!

Vix inserts ads about their own business right in the middle of the shows. You will miss parts of your favorite shows. Not recommended.

Vix Offering Just 1 game This weekend, WTF?

The free version is good, and amount of ads are ok but the main reason I'm giving it a 3 is because of many ads they have there's a disgusting ad the one with boost mobile that's being played with the lady on that ad it's truly disturbing, and to make it worst is that sometimes it even replays up to 3 times right after the last one finishes.

The way they have their ads is bad, there are better ones but this particular one is driving people insane.

Really bad experience using this app, pay the premium subscription and never be available to used, $59.99 stolen, customer services reply and said that was on me?!!! Fraudulent app

I wish I could give it zero stars . I got the premium subscription just to watch the Gold Cup 2025, so far I haven’t been able to watch a single game because it’s always buffering , I logged out and logged in to see if that would work but it didn’t . I can’t watch the only thing I paid for it . Horrible not recommended.

Vix streaming services are pure trash! I got it to watch the Gold Cup 2025 and it like buffers way too much, too much advertising, it kicks me out… this streaming service sux! I don’t recommend it at all!!! For today’s game… I missed like 20 minutes of the 90 minutes, ugh!!!!!

Their customer service support is dysfunctional. Couldn’t handle a simple password reset. Told me to get a new email. Pure Garbage!

Si pudiera poner cero estrellas la pondría. Resulta que en mi cuenta aparecía que yo ya no estaba suscrita a ViX premium y se me hizo un cobro de $59. Les dije que cómo comprobaban que yo estaba suscrita si en mi aplicación decía que yo estaba gratis. Me mandaron un link para cambiar la contraseña de mi aplicación y cuenta y locamente cuando la cambié ahora aparecía en la aplicación que mi cuenta estaba en premium. Es increíble, jamás voy a tener nada que ver con ViX, Televisa, Univisión. Fatal.

The stream quality is 720p max even with subscription. Cancelling it is quite tricky.

Absolutely GARBAGE streams. It seems Vix app dynamically changes the stream quality based on network quality (thats my guess) but its way too aggressive in doing so. I can stream from any app in 4k even live games but Vix seems to think my connection is only good for super low resolutions like 240p or something. Their app wont dynamically increase the resolution either, instead forcing you to close and relaunch. I highly recommend pirating streams or using another service. Vix is trash

I am very upset with their service. I renewed my subscription. For monthly payments on vix premium no ads. Then when I would try to watch something they kept putting a note saying for me to update my payment info. Itsaid log into my.roku.com I did and edited my payment info. Then they charged me the full subscription amount. Be careful don't do this. They will just take your money and you will not recieve a refund. Poor payment management. Tricky way to steal people's money.

La verdad solo te roban el dinero. Segun uno paga premium para no ver comerciales a cada ratito. No puedes ni disfrutar un partido agusto. Cuando esta mas emocionante el partido lo interrumpen con comerciales. Son una porqueria.

Paid for this service to watch Champions league games with Spanish commentary. The streaming quality is horrible, low framerate and there's random ads that popout and repeat themselves throughout the game. Sad that this is the only option to watch Champions League with Spanish commentary in the United States.

Frame rate is unacceptably low. Live Liga MX games stutter and show at decent resolution, but the frame rate is unwatchable. It's dizzying and disorienting. I'm glad I am using the free trial because I would be sad if I paid for this.

Watching Argentina v Brazil....VIX has the best, up-close, at-midfield camera angle that is beyond awesome. It's sooo close to the coaches, subs, refs etc... Looks like a video game. Love it!
