From start to finish the process was managed professionally with the focus on the customer. Both the staff and facility were of excellent quality. The staff were very attentative with the focus on the patient. The studio and service was of an exceptional quality and was exactly as advertised. From first consultation in the UK to finalising my treatment today in VK Smile clinic. The whole support team has been fantastic and looked after me every step of the way with thorough communications at every step and reassurance from professional staff. 1 STAR – WARNING: My Experience with VK Smile
I travelled to Antalya Turkey specifically to have 20 crowns fitted at VK Smile. My invoice clearly stated 20 crowns. I paid in full for 20 crowns.
After my teeth were shaved down, I was fitted with bridges, not individual crowns. When I questioned this, I was told these were “temporary” and that my final treatment would be 20 crowns as agreed. I confirmed this in writing via WhatsApp (their main method of communication), and they reassured me I would receive 20 crowns.
However, they repeatedly delayed the fitting of the so-called “final teeth” until just before my return flight home. At that point — when I was under time pressure to leave the country — they again presented me with bridges instead of crowns.
This was not what I paid for.
I refused to accept the treatment and walked out.
After significant arguing, they offered a 50% refund — but only on the condition that I sign a document stating that if I posted any negative review anywhere online (including Trustpilot or TripAdvisor), I would have to pay them £20,000.
I felt completely pressured. The only way to recover any of my money was to sign.
Thankfully, I had the financial ability to leave and seek treatment elsewhere. Many people who travel for dental work have saved for years and may not be able to afford another flight, extended accommodation, or corrective treatment. In that situation, you are effectively trapped: accept what you’re given or lose everything.
In my experience, the process felt carefully timed — reassurances at every stage, delays until departure day, and then pressure when you have limited options.
I cannot recommend VK Smile based on my experience. If you are considering treatment abroad, be extremely cautious, get absolutely everything in writing in advance, and do not allow yourself to be rushed at the final stage.

I started my journey with VK Smiles last September and I can 100% recommend this company. They were only a phone call away if I had any questions.
I have today finished my journey and to say I am more than happy is an understatement. My dentist was a perfectionist, explaining everything thing to me along the way.
I did so much research and the reviews that VKSmiles had persuaded me to use them plus they have a clinic in the UK.
Also I was recommend by two friends who used this clinic. You will not be disappointed

Start to finish very good came back after 4 months one implant had failed brought me straight in to replace it .afterwards I got temps and was checked every day until it was wright and only then did they put the real ones in as I said treatment was excellent

I visited VK Smile in Antalya Turkey for their 6 on 6 treatment.
I had multiple missing teeth and the rest were in a bad state.
The staff are very professional and put you at ease. The procedure went very smoothly and the outcome was fantastic. I can now smile and eat in confidence.

The service i got from start too finish was amazing I did lots of research before going and found VK smile to be the best I was picked up from the airport and taken too my beautiful hotel then the next day waa taken to the clinic too start my treatment I was having all on 6 implants the treatment the work was explained throughout the process the staff were amazing always happy and made you feel so comfortable I would highly recommend VK smile for there professional work I am now a happy lady with a beautiful smile again can not thank you all enough your the best

I first visited VK Smile last July following lots of research for All on 4 treatment. Considering I have a slight fear of dentists all of the team made me feel at ease from start to finish. It is a very straight forward process from booking, to transfers to accomodation and they all look after you.
I have just completed my final visit and I am really happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend using VK Smile if you are looking to receive a professional service and the smile you want.

You were so lovely throughout my treatment and was so thorough in making sure my teeth were perfect after a few delays with cancelled appointments and the lab having delays I appreciated you coming in on your day off to ensure I could make my flight home with perfect teeth!

Overall as a clinic it’s a little bit disorganised but they go to the end to give you the service promised

The manager is not the friendliest of people - which does have an impact on your experience
If I had met him first I probably would have gone to another clinic but all the other staff absolutely lovely!

My journey started in September ..I can honestly say that yes it has been an intense experience but the end results are amazing ! The staff at VK smiles are all amazing, they were all patient and very friendly. From the friendly smiling faces at reception to the lovely ladies who made our drinks to the amazing dentists and aesthetic dentists every one of you enhanced our journey for the better. I finished my treatment just yesterday and it was the best day ever, the happiness and excitement, not just from ourselves but everyone at VK smiles who were happy because we were happy it was so contagious ..it was an atmosphere I will never forget!! ☺️ special heartfelt thanks to the lady dentist (Aybuke) sorry if I spelt it wrong..you looked after me..I put my trust in you and your recommendation and you didn’t disappoint me .. Choosing vk smiles was the best decision for me and my sister after lots of researching we chose to go with vk smiles best decision we made, we first went out in September and the staff,dentists etc and tea coffee makers where all brilliant and made us feel welcome, they calmed our nerves and went through all the steps explaining in detail. They were happy to answer all our questions .
We went back for our second visit in February 26 and again we were welcomed so warmly by everyone me and my sister both had fantastic dentists who looked into every tiny detail to make our smiles perfect listening to what we wanted to achieve and advising when we asked for their opinions I would personally recommend vk smiles, to anyone thinking of getting that perfect smile and still deciding where to go this is your place 100%big thankyou to vk smiles.

I came to VK Smile Studio for major dental work and honestly… best decision ever. The whole process was intense but the dentists took such amazing care of me the entire time. They’re so patient, gentle, and detail-oriented and you can tell they really care about their patients and their work.
Even my finished smile already looks sooo good, which says everything about their skill. The clinic is clean, professional, and the team is incredibly kind and supportive which means a lot when you’re nervous and far from home.
