Die Bestellung und Lieferung erfolgte sehr zügig. Das von uns ausgesuchte Sideboard ist sehr hochwertig. Eine Schubladenblende war etwas verzogen, sodass ich mich an den Händler wandte und um Ersatz bat. Diese Ersatzlieferung kam sehr schnell bei uns an, jedoch war diese erstmal falsch, aber danach kam noch schneller der richtige Ersatz.
Ich würde dort wieder bestellen.

Es wird mit TOP QUALITÄT geworben. Bekommen tut man allerdings schlecht verarbeitetes Material.
Dazu kommen Bretter mit fehlenden Bohrungen und Schrauben fehlen auch noch.
Hier wird man ganz klar über den Tisch gezogen.
Klare NICHT-Empehlung !

Richtig mies.

Brought a nice floating hallway unit with mirror which is good quality for the price. I'm a tradesman with a good selection of tools and knowledge. Hanging this unit would be tricky for anyone with basic to little diy skills. Would buy from vladon again.

I purchased a sideboard and two floor standing units. All were excellent quality and I have been extremely pleased with the purchase. I would have awarded five stars but the spring loaded draw and door catches are rubbish and after opening they have to be pressed manually each time to release the springs so that the doors/draws can be closed properly. Have tried all sorts of adjustment without success and would have been happy to have paid a bit more for decent catches as this is irritating. Overall though great furniture at a very good price!

I ORDERED A VALENCIA TV STAND IN MATT BLACK WITH MALI WENGE FRONT,ALSO AN ADDITIONAL TOP STAND TO RAISE TV ALSO IN MALI WENGE.THE QUALITY IS VERY IMPRESSIVE AS IS THE APPEARANCE,I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A COUPLE OF DAMAGED PIECES AND RECEIVED REPLACEMENTS WITHIN 3 DAYS.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND VLADON.

Absolut keine Informationen über den Verbleib der Bestellung.Angeblich kein Zahlungseingang erst als beim Kundenservice angerufen wurde ,wurde festgestellt das ein zahlungsseingang vorhanden war,und die Ware jetzt natürlich mit großmöglichstem Einsatz versendet wird.Und seit ein paar Stunden kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden?!?!Naja ich weiß schon warum ich lieber bei Amazon bestelle(Informativ,schnell,zuverlässig).Drei Sachen die ich bei Vladon leider nicht feststellen konnte.

I purchased a high gloss tv unit off this company via a well known site. The item arrived with very thin packaging, which was suprising as one of the components of the tv unit was a piece of glass. The glass arrived smashed in several pieces. Upon contacting the company they agreed to replace the parts which were damaged (this is fine). However, upon trying to put the tv unit together without the glass top my partner and I found we were unable to do so.

The reason being is that the company had not drilled holes all the way through the wood so that it could be assembled without a drill, and had not drilled holes to attach the handles to the unit. The reason Vladon gave for not doing this was pathetic, they said some customers did not want handles or the unit to have feet attached, and they drilled part way through to allow customers to drill all the way through if they wanted this option. In no part of the advert did the tv unit specify it needed a drill, and if it did my partner and I would not have purchased it as we do not have a drill and we are not DIYers and would not wanted to have damaged the wood. Additionally, why would we purchase handles if we did not want to attach them to the tv unit.

The whole cabinet was really intended for someone with DIY skills, as it also needed you to glue the drawers, something which in my eyes is just cheap.

We now have a box of broken glass in our living room courtesy of Vldaon because they and Fedex refuse to pick up the broken glass they delivered and Vladon in my eyes clearly don't care about health and safety as they asked us to repackage and send back the items as best we could in a box that had broken glass pieces in it, being fully aware of this fact. That saying they did provide a refund for the item.
