Do not use this company if you are based in the UK. Seemed like a good idea at first as I can gain extra skills by using their services. I’ve had issues with them every single month. From paying monthly for their services that they wont allow me to access to. I have proof that I have been paying but they tell me I have no access to the premium membership. I have also paid over £340 to take an exam in which I cannot take as I cannot revise due to no access. I have asked many times for my money back but they constantly refuse. I am angry from the amount of poor service that I have received that I am now willing to take this company to court in order to get my money back.

Complete scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If a recruiter tells you to take this to get a job, do not believe them.

I don't think they are fake. Everybody is entitled to their opinion and feedback. It depends on your company whether this certification will be recognized. At the end of the day, you still need to show what you learn.

Terrible Experience - Unauthorized Charges
I am having much of the same problem as other with VMEdu/Scrum Study. Took the Scrum Mater Certification course, passed test, yet I seem to still being charged $35.00 a month yet I have no active subscription open? They do not respond to ticket raised of communications sent. Is there an actual working Phone Number for this company?? I finally had to track down the CEO/Founder and the VP Relations on LinkedIn to finally get resolved
