Don't do any business with Vodafone. Their customer support is worse than you could imagine. And even worse: when you want to cancel the contract they don't accept your cancellation. DONT DO VODAFONE!

I had lost my remaining balance because I was not connected during the days when topup was requested.
The Vodafone Greece staff was very helpfull and efficient: they showed understanding on the phone and afterwards they kept me updated through messages and a phonecall.
This is the second time they gave me this excellent service, my great compliments !

No internet every day from 19:00 pm to 22:30 pm

Άθλια εταιρεία, άθλια εξυπηρέτηση με πολλαπλά τηλέφωνα που σου κοστίζουν ώρες, άπειρο χάος στην επικοινωνία μεταξύ τους, και απόλυτη ανικανότητα να προσφέρουν τα πακέτα που η ίδιοι πουλάνε. Οι ίδιοι οι τεχνικοί τους ήρθαν πάνω από 5 - 6 φορές να "επισκευάσουν" τον "χαλκό", και οι ίδιοι εξέθεσαν την εταιρεία ότι πιέζει τους καταναλωτές με το ζόρι και ύπουλα, να πάνε στο fiber. Επικοινώνησε υπεύθυνη από την Vodafone και η απάντησή της ήταν, "έ, όλοι τα ίδια είναι". Αποδέχτηκε δηλαδη το μπουρδέλο τους. Κλέβουν εκατομμύρια από κρατικά χρήματα μέσω voucher, αλλά είναι ανίκανοι να σου προσφέρουν λύση. Τους έκανα καταγγελία στο συνήγορο του καταναλωτή ήδη μια φορά. Άθλιοι. Στο τέλος, μου έστειλαν και μπιλιετάκι να τους πληρώσω εξοπλισμό που οι ίδιοι έστειλαν γιατί "έφταιγε" ο παλιός μου εξοπλισμός. Όταν είδαν ότι και αυτό αποτυγχάνει, μου έστειλαν απλά ένα λογαριασμό και βέβαια, δεν με άφηναν να αποδεσμευτώ από το συμβόλαιο, παρ'οτι το δικαιούμαι από το νόμο, όταν η εταιρεία είναι εξαθλιωμένη, με κάκιστη επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και εξυπηρέτηση. Μου έλυσε το θέμα, διευθυντής σε τοπικό κατάστημα franchise, και ο άνθρωπος μου είπε "ντρέπομαι, και θα έπρεπε και αυτοί". Ακόμη και τα ίδια τους τα καταστήματα franchise, τα αφήνουν εκτεθειμένα.
Μην τους αφήνετε, κάντε καταγγελία μέσω συνηγόρου του καταναλωτή...

Αν μπορούσα να βάλω 0 τα έβαζα, το χειρότερο ίντερνετ που είχα ποτέ είμαι δίπλα στο ρούτερ με 100αρα σύνδεση και δεν τραβάει μισό παιχνίδι χωρις να κολλάει με καινούργια συσκευή ρούτερ και τα πάντα, σκέτη απογοήτευση πραγματικά,

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. It is completely compartmentalised, so it's impossible to communicate properly with someone who knows all your account information and the latest updates. The technical department is a joke. They cancel appointments without notice and it is impossible to schedule a new one. They also lied about how long it would take to create a new connection. The clerk at the store told us that setting up a new connection would take about two weeks, but it took nearly two months.

You are the worst company that exists. Liars cheaters and thieves.

Μανία Έλενα,δεν ξέρω εάν το έγραψα σωστά. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση.Παρα πολύ σωστή στην δουλειά που κάνει.Επιτελους μία σωστή εξυπηρέτηση,μετά από πεταμένα λεφτά σε χρόνο ομιλίας,επειδή δεν είμαι πελάτης Vodafone.

I wouldn't give one star. We've been two weeks (Drapetsona) without house WiFi and landlines. First engineer told me he would work outside as the problem there. Then said on his log nobody answered when I actually spoke to him on the intercom! They did nothing. The problem is outside and they've know this for over a week. This is the 3rd engineer they sent today who said problem was outside and will put in for the work. How stupid. They already know the problem is outside and affects other flats. Absolutely useless.

Απαράδεκτη παροχή υπηρεσιών. Μονίμως φουσκωμένοι λογαριασμοί που δεν δίνουν ξεκάθαρες αναλυτικές πληροφορίες για το τι χρεωνουν.
Πολύ κακή λειτουργία του ψηφιακού βοηθού ΤΟΒΙ εξαιρετικά δύσκολο Ν Α καταφέρεις να βρεις κάποιον εκπρόσωπο.

classic telephone scammers

Very bad service. They cut my telephone though the bill was payed on time. After many difficulties I managed to speak with a representative who promised that the problem would be resolved. Nothing happened. I decided to cancel my contract and to turn to COSMOTE.

Αδυναμία επίλυσης του προβλήματος και καθυστερημένη επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη.

This company does not even deserve one star. To cut a lengthily review to few words, they have left me abroad without a phone service (technical issues) for months. This has caused me a nightmare dealing with all the Greek services that love to authenticate via SMS, which of course I cannot receive.
