They shouldn’t even get one star, I ordered a dewalt light, got a Milwaukee, they refused to accept responsibility even though I showed them the invoice of dewalt . I was refused a exchange or refund

If I could leave a zero, I would. The item they sent was a pathetic cheap waste, not what they pictured online. And it took months to send from god knows where overseas, using the most nefarious shipping companies.

Bought a Dewalt light for approx US $20 plus delivery. They sent a Milwalkee version. They offered a few dollars as compensation. I finally accepted $6 as return costs were prohibitive and they weren’t paying! Finally I managed together a battery converter for $6 only to discover the voguelegant light was faulty (I found some faulty wiring)
Voguelegant were not interested.
DONT do business with this dodgy company.

It’s been two months since I’ve placed my order. No package, no help from customer service, no refund. This site is absolutely an Instagram/tiktok scam. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible. It’s been two months since I’ve placed an order and somehow the shipment has gone missing. The tracking company they use is shady and I’ve never heard from them. Their customer service is just talk and zero action.

This website has all the hallmarks of a scam. Do NOT order from them unless you’re ready to flush your money away.

0I placed an order 6/22/25 - it's now 8/8/25 and I still haven't received the item. I've asked for specific shipping carrier information that they still haven't provided. I've now asked for a refund and they refuse to give me one. I almost disputed the charge with my bank the following day because of the reviews I saw after - now it's too late. Should have trusted my instinct. Oh well

They eventually did issue a refund. The overall experience still wasn't great.

I ordered an advent calendar in the beginning of November. I still have not received it. I did reach out to the company and was told multiple times delivery's take time. The last time I contacted them I got no response.

Shipped me damaged merchandise (a calendar that was folded in half) and when I sent them pictures of it they said "the product can still function normally"
