I ordered from Voidborn in late July but, unfortunately, there was a manufacturing problem with my preorder. I was given many options as to what to do next but ultimately decided to wait for my order instead of getting a refund. I'm so glad I did. The cards are incredible quality, the artwork is amazing and they have been in constant contact with me, letting me know how my order is doing and when it had been dispatched. This is how you deal with problems. I was happy to wait because of the owners transparency and communication. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I even got a little bonus as a thank you for being patient. This is customer service at it's finest and cannot thank them enough.
