Credit card reader and printer - Northside Cherokee Hospital

Our issue was originally reported the weekend of 2/19/22. Our printer and credit card reader were both not working on one of our terminals. We connected back with volante support on Monday, 2/21/22, and we kept getting asked the same questions about the printer and if it was plugged in all the way, which it was. Finally after 3 days, they sent us a new printer, which we plugged in, however it still did not work. We called support back and they had to do an update in the back office for the new printer 3 days later. During this entire time, the credit card reader was down also (stated "this line closed"). Volante support kept trying to do updates remotely, however, nothing was working. They talked about sending us a new credit card reader, then ultimately decided to send us a new hard drive. That got installed on 3/2/22. We only have 2 terminals and we were without a fully functioning terminal for 11 days, which is unacceptable. It seems like try to put so much on us with diagnosing the problem, instead of sending out a technician to look at it. We had to manage our customers as lines were longer than normal due to 1 terminal down.

Great service always very helpful

Great service always very helpful.
Just had an issue when looking to fix a printer that is not working and it seemed as though no one had the right answers. That being said the printer is still not working. Never had an issue otherwise.

Amazing product, service and customer experience!

I have had a Volante a kiosk for almost 2 years in my small business. The unit looks amazing, works great, and the support (the few things I’ve needed) have been wonderful to work with!
