Great experience with booking flights and thanks to Travies

I've booked flights b4 and when you book them you worry about its legitimacy but with this company a Mr Travies rang me about an hour later to confirm the booking so really appreciated the call and got the peace of mind.

I booked a flight but the price changed as I authorised the card payment…
I rang the travel agent, and declined to pay the increased price…
Travies, the agent then rang me back, offered a small discount and stayed on the phone with me while the transaction completed. I saved £700 booking with them for the exact same Virgin Atlantic flight !!

I had a smooth experience with Get A Flight from start to finish. The team was responsive and helpful, and Travies in particular stood out for being clear, patient, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything was explained well and the booking went through without any hassle. Overall, it felt like a company that values customer feedback and takes the time to make sure clients are satisfied.

I dealt with Robert who organised a multi flight trip to Canada and back. He was excellent all the way through. Very professional and polite but also very thorough and efficient particularly when the airline’s systems were having technical problems . I was the first time I had used them and I was very impressed !!

Immediately received phonecall.
Price increase of over 20%
Plus wanted fee for baggage - all EVA air flights include checked baggage even economy standard, have for several years.
Told them not to proceed.
With held my money wanting to charge a £230 cancellation fee.
Nothing had been booked. Only held seats which I told them not too.
Over 3 weeks of harassment until I agreed to pay £75 cancellation fee reduced from£230.
Lie after lie. Like they had booked one leg of the journey!! They hadn't.
Seriously never book online with them. I would suggest never use them at all.
Had no trouble booking with sky wings afterwards.

Really simple booking process. Customer service team readily available on the phone for my query. Follow up calls are consistent as they try to make the experience as simple as possible. Travies from the sales team made sure my booking was correct and on hand for any further changes.
