AVOID!!!!!
Horrendous con of a company, advertise flights that I paid for £2,400.00 for the company to decline the booking but the money still leaves the account meaning you can’t book a flight elsewhere until funds are released. They decline the booking to offer you alternatives at a HIGER COST! AVOID!

DO NOT BUY! This is a scam travel agents and will sell you a flight, then change the price afterwards. You won’t have the flight until you pay up to £600 more. Bait and switch. They trade under many names like PH Travel, so keep an eye out.

What a rubbish company, using the online chat to ask few questions about the flight, firstly they tell me its almost £50 more than the price I see online, secondly Mr Kevin Walker decided to take a walk midway through our conversation, what a joke!

Leaves a lot to be desired! If you want to get your flights and information in time I wouldn't bother!

This is a terrible company. They are also known as PH travel. They have few other names in the UK. I spent £3000 for a ticket. I couldn’t travel due to Covid, they manipulated me to have an open ticket. The fare difference later on is higher than a new ticket price. They are also very rude and unfriendly. Comfortably saying don’t buy it if you don’t like it and you’re not getting a refund! I am surprised that they can still operate in the UK!

Voliamo aka phtravel ltd not to be trusted, get your ticket from somewhere else, if refund you want you not going to get.Had to cancel due to covid back in late March 2022 and told I been able to get refund of the tax proportion back. 14 weeks later with various email, mostly ignore, had one a month ago saying refund had been applied with airline. Had to Called them today to find out what is happening to the refund ,initially told it was applied in June. After I told them that this was supposed to be cancel back in end of March/beginning of April. They back track and told me to wait for a email from Nancy today. Guess what no email still and the funny thing is that they told me to call back if no email from them after 7pm….guess what they closed at 7pm officially on their website.

Update call the company again today, conveniently both the person Tony and Nancy is not in. Told they will get Nancy to call me tomorrow as informed that she be in than. Will update tomorrow
9/7/22 no callback call them, told they waiting reply from their booking side for reply and will call back within 2-4 hours ( never did) call them ( Nancy) again after 5 hours and only to be told they sent request to the airline and no reason why the detail in refund. I ask Nancy to email me with the information and told it be send within 24-48hours. We wait and see( lost all trust in them)
17/7/22 to date no contact from this company, very untrustworthy would have given negative start if possible like -10 for trustworthiness

Had my ticket booked with Ronny's assistance and it went very well..and recently I called and I have spoken to Richard Neeson to clarify my flight details and he gave straight forward clear answers to all my queries. Already recommended to my friends.

I have been a victim of PHTravel's rapacious business practices and I want to warn others. They wanted to charge me a £314 admin fee to change a flight date!

Worst travel agency experience I've ever had. I booked and paid our flights on 4th March 2020. Been chasing for my full refund ever since Emirates Airlines cancelled our flights due to Covid. I contacted Emirates Airlines during the 4th quarter of last year and I was told all monies have been refunded but PH Travel did not refund all my money. I have registered a complaint to ABTA. Based on other reviews about this awful company, I will consider raising the matter with the courts. Never book with this group of scammers folks! phtravelltd, perfectholidays, getaflight, voliamo, getacruise, callforumrah. These sites/companies must be closed and banned from operating!!!
