I couldn’t recommend Voltaire Diamonds enough; they have a wide range of diamonds to suit all tastes and the customer service is superb.

Myself and now fiancé went shopping together, I had no idea what I was looking for and Rachel took us through and let me try on all the different styles.

The interiors in the private appointment rooms are gorgeous. You feel so relaxed and looked after. We really felt like Rachel went above and beyond and we can’t wait to go back for wedding bands.

Rachael really listened to what I was looking for gave a few options of which one was the ring I fell in love with. I needed to sleep on the decision and she was there to answer all my queries via email quickly and professionally. The whole experience was just very easy and enjoyable. We were even lucky enough to meet Hercules (Doge) the beautiful pup who was there on the day we picked the ring. All in all 100% would recommend.

Rachael was great to work with. She had lots of patience as I took lots of time in choosing the right ring. I did not feel rushed or under pressure to make any decisions on the spot.
