Tried to contact support three times over the weekend and the chat was offline every time. Had to send an email instead and still waiting for a reply two days later. The site itself works but support availability is really limited.
I sent an email to support 6 days ago about a missing deposit of 25 EUR and haven’t received any reply. Not even an automated confirmation. I tried live chat too but wait times were over an hour. The site layout is nice but support is lacking.
I claimed a welcome bonus thinking the free spins were on any game, but turns out they only work on three specific slots I don’t really like. The wagering requirement is x40 which honestly feels steep. I played through some of it on Wolf Gold but gave up halfway.
I wanted to find Madame Destiny Megaways quickly but there’s no search function. Had to scroll through pages of slots to find it. Eventually found it under Pragmatic filter, but a simple search bar would save so much time. Basic feature that’s missing.
Dashboard shows progress to next loyalty tier with points needed. I'm halfway to silver apparently. Lost 60 EUR this month trying to climb. Progress bar is clear. Point value could be better.
I submitted a bank statement PDF for proof of address but they said it had to be a physical scan or photo, not a digital download. My bank only issues PDFs now. Took three emails back and forth before they accepted it. The requirement felt outdated and made the process drag on unnecessarily.

Fijn contact, voelde me serieus genomen en kreeg netjes en snel antwoord op al mijn vragen.
Snelle service en bij vragen na bezorging adequate reactie. Over kwaliteit van de fiets (Hitway MK7S) kan ik na 2 weken gebruik nog geen uitspraak doen.
Zou wel prettig zijn als fiets met ART 2 slot geleverd zou worden, kabel-cijferslot wat bijgeleverd wordt is waardeloos.
Fiets nu helemaal inelkaar kregen eerst niet voor elkaar goed geholpen door wouter ...dus kan alleen maar zeggen goed bedrijf snelle levering en snel antwoord... zelf antwoord op een avond ...
Onlangs heb ik hier een fatbike aangeschaft. Topservice, uitstekende garantieregeling en het product bevalt erg goed!
