playing on the site has been okay, except recently I've had an issue, and they've had issues across all their websites, that you are not able to withdraw in crypto. The customer service is basically useless in support chat, and they do not help you resolve the issue whatsoever. I fixed my issue with VegaStars, where I had to convert my crypto balance to cash balance so that I was able to withdraw, but I have yet to hear a response from VaultRush themselves, as they have been doing the exact same thing VegaStars, which is their parent slash sister company, was doing until I had to also file complaints until I got an answer, in which they then decided to switch the crypto to cash so I could withdraw. I am just here to file the same complaint. This is ridiculous. This company is so slow on responses. Their crypto withdrawals have been down for almost two months, which is just ridiculous at this point. Please fix this issue. My username is bimzs1

UPDATE.... As of the 18th June they resolved my issue satisfactory.

I had my first win and withdrew it with no problems at all was in the bank within 2 hours of withdrawal request.. now I've recently had processed and approved by voltrush casino 2 more withdrawals that they have said was sent out on the 31st of May and well a week later still nothing in my bank account.. support just keeps telling me the same response that they have escalated my claim and wait for a response within 24 hours... Well that never happens! My bank I spoke to have no records of the deposits from voltrush and explained they will probably pay some small amounts to keep you spending money on their site but hey get a larger win and they stonewall you and the payment was never really sent even though it's marked as paid. Steer very clear guys they are scammers!

I wanted to claim a $100 deposit bonus for 100 $1 spins. The instructions weren’t very clear so I asked the support. After a chat I was informed I had the spins on my account, all I had to do was refresh and they should be in my rewards. I use my $100 real balanced and planned to use the spins after, turns out I had no spins. I asked support again but was told I had to put the code in after the deposit. Because I used the $100 I couldn’t claim the spins even though I was told by the first person I had them.

I've played a bunch of online casinos and this has to be one of the worst. Endless problems trying to withdraw and a terrible loyalty program. Had problems trying to withdraw a small few $K win Wouldn't trust them to pay anything big. Very Rude on the live chat aswell. Trust me Avoid much better opinions out there.

Avoid this site it’s scammy asf. Don’t trust them they post bullshit things all over the internet about big wins until you actually look into the account. Please avoid
