Ik heb geld op uitbetalen staan maar moet in 2mnd tijd alles weer verifieren ook dat heb ik weer opnieuw gedaan een medewerker krijg ik niet te pakken elke keer komt ervoor te staan typ manager en als je dat doet is het elke keer dat het te druk is dat ik er een email heen moet sturen ook dat heb ik gedaan maar ook geen andwoord op gekregen dus ik denk dat ik voor de 2de keer weet heel lang kan wachten op mijn geld dat geeft voor mij toch echt de reden om er niet meer te spelen.

My account was blocked for “age", reply to casino's response
My account was blocked for “age restriction” only after I made money, even though I was allowed to register, deposit, play, and even provide legal documents just to be able to play in the first place. That explanation simply does not add up.
What’s more frustrating is that emails to support are completely ignored. The only way to get any response from VoltSlot is by leaving a review here on Trustpilot. A public review gets a quicker reply than email ever does.
I have now sent another email offering to provide any verification or information needed so this can finally be reviewed properly. Let’s see if they respond this time and how they choose to explain it.
After nearly 3 years, Trustpilot has taken me further with this casino than their support team ever has.
Edit: They lie just don't play here no response on their e-mail ever, I will give up and accept that these are scammers and will steal your money.

Withdraw gaat nooit goed. Wat een scam en maar zeggen dat het verzonden is maar ondertussen 3 weken verder en nog steeds niks. Er is niks verzonden. Spelen op eigen risico maar het is dikke scam want je kan fluiten naar je geld.
Stuur je een email dan zeggem ze ja sorry het is van onze kant al verstuurd maar een Transactie ID willen ze niet geven omdat ze het ook niet opsturen. Gewoon weg 1 grote scam. De groeten.

Withdraw normally take 1-3 bussiness days. Sometimes 1-5. Im waiting now 12 bussinessdays. 1700 euros. Everyday i contact the casino. It is processed from our end wait a little more. My feeling is bad about this. I see a lot of reviews with the same problem. Absolutely tired of waiting.

Ik wacht al 4 weken een maand lang op mijn geld. Ik krijg elke keer precies dezelfde mail terug dat ze vanaf hun kant niks meer kunnen doen omdat het al in process is geweest. Ga hier nooit spelen ! Dit is echt dikke scam. Hier echt voor meer dan duizenden euro's gespendeerd.... maar nooit iets gewonnen ! Spelletje gespeeld met inzet 1 euro en dan in de bonus komen en 0,25 cent krijgen dit heeft niks meer met r.t.p te maken maar een pure graaiers cultuur van dit casino. Niet meer spelen op voltslot
Het is erg jammer dat voltslot zo et hun spelers omgaat! In het verleden waren er nooit problemen met de uitbetaling. Ik heb 26dagen moeten wachten op mijn uitbetaling. Ik heb supportteam elke dag moeten mailen en elke keer hetzelfde antwoord...het is onderweg je moet wachten! Verleden week moest ik van een maand bankafschriften inleveren, ik was het er niet mee eens want het bedrag stond nog steeds in mijn account. Toch maar gedaan met zwartmaken. Uiteindelijk is alles betaald maar heb gezegd dat mijn account gesloten moet worden. Het is werkelijk ongelooflijk wat voltslot aan het doen is en als zij zo doorgaan houden zij weinig spelers over!
Mijn held is vipmanager Sam, hij heeft mij echt door het hele proces heen gesleept! Alle lof voor Sam!!
Mijn tip voor diegene die nog steeds niet zijn uitbetaald:
Spam de supportteam elke dag of meerdere malen per dag, maak een myfinity account aan en laat je daarop uitbetalen dat gaat een stuk sneller dan via de bank!
Verder moet je gewoon nooit meer spelen bij Voltslot en je account sluiten!

Same thing i get told by most users. Your payment should arrive shortly. Or it's on your bank side.
