Horrible quality. I bought a bag for my daughter, it hasn’t even been two months that she’s had it and it’s already falling apart. I emailed customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. I’d include pictures if it would let me. The seams are coming apart and the strap is literally hanging on by a single thread.

It had been over Three weeks since I placed my order and it still hadn’t arrived. When I checked the tracking, it was stuck at the post office. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email, but never received any response. In the end, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company, which was a very stressful and frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of customer support was extremely disappointing.

The polka dot velour tracksuit is cute but it’s thin/ cheaply made. And I’m 5’4 so I’m not tall or short so I consider myself average height for a woman and these pants are flooded.

I didn't not get my package! They said it shipped when I wrote my last update on 12/22, it did NOT!!
It arrived at UPS 12/23 at 7pm. My new estimated delivery date is now... JANUARY 6TH!!!! So much for Christmas shopping early.
They have NOT responded to emails since, Shocking!
I demanded a refund 5 times and it was ignored.
~Lastly, I asked why I wasn't given the option to change my shipping priority in 1 last ditch effort to fix their mess up and SILENCE!
I seriously thought they were correcting an oversight and I was thrilled to correct my review. This is just unbelievable!

Sadly, they DON'T CARE either, but you don't have to become a victim of theirs also.

I got a response from my emails, they stated that my item shipped today and should be arriving soon. They thanked me for my patience during the holidays.
I will update if any other issues arise........

They're NOT responding to emails, messages, posts ....NOTHING!
There's NO way to call them, no numbers on the site.
There's nothing on the site about delays either.
I'm getting texts "Hurry and get your orders in" or there's a sale.

Customer service is terrible. I emailed them 3 times before the order shipped with no reply. They have the worst return policy I have ever seen. Web site is not user friendly and you better pay attention when picking sizes, if they don't have your size it will just default to the size they have, even if you pick the correct size. Now they want a 10% return fee and pay shipping again. Buyer beware!

Love the red trucker hat! It is what a hat should be like. Proper fit and thick.

Well this is not what I had wanted to resort to but I am not happy with Von Dutch/Reigning Fury online purchasing. First off for the puffer shoe you are to go down a size so okay I wear 8.5’s and so I chose 7.5 and lo and behold dim bulbs send me a size 7 and at 250.00 bucks a pop I get shoes that DON’T fit and are not the size they were to send me. Sooooo, this is the second issue I have with Von Dutch. My first issue was for leopard slides that are adorable only with these you size up. Guess what size 9 damn slides! Loose on my feet and have to wear uncool with socks if I don’t want to trip. All this size up and size down jazz.....STUPID! Was a ride or die for Von Dutch but I’ll get a cool Cali vibe elsewhere. Somewhere that doesn’t send what you DID NOT ORDER. I got an apology and a free trucker hat on the first order that was hosed up but now I have another hosed up situation. Pee poor quality control there Von Dutch! Let you know this yesterday the shoes are too tight and over 24 hours later no follow up equals no consumer purchases for this chick anymore! If I had to grade on customer service this would be an F!
