Vortex Rocks!!!
I am an avid Bird and Nature watcher and I own 3 set Vortex Binoculars and one of their Scopes. I am so happy not just with the performance of these items but also with the customer service I have received when my products malfunctioned due to neglect and abuse on my part. With their VIP warranty they will fix or replace any of their products that malfunction no matter the cause. You also do not need any proof of purchase. You don't have to be the originally purchaser. I have had to use the VIP Warranty 3 times and they have exceeded my expectation each time repairing or replacing my equipment completely hassle free. I just love this American company. I wish more companies stood behind their products in the same way.
Wow! Customer service unheard of anywhere else.
Yesterday, 29 Dec. '23, I contacted Vortex via email regarding an issue I'm having with a Crossfire 11 scope. Within two hours, I received three follow-up emails, with the third containing an RMA slip and a return mailing label to send the scope into them to be checked out. This level of customer service just is not found anywhere else, at least any I have experienced. Even the tone of their replies was very friendly, and professional. Thanks Vortex.

I recently returned a viper red dot (VRD-6) for warranty service. This sight was 2-3 years old when returned. Less than two weeks later I received a letter saying that the sight could not be repaired (broken lens) and along with the letter was a brand new replacement. How can you beat customer service like this? The answer, you can't! I have several Vortex products and will never buy another brand. Thank you!!

The best customer support and warranty experience that I have experienced.
I now own a lot of their products as, for example, their binoculars, are much better value and quality. When I had an issue with a pair, I called in. They had a real person answer, that person solved my problem WAY better than I expected. They are the most trustworthy company in the business.

If I could leave ten stars I would. I purchased the Fury HD range finding binoculars which are amazing quality. After using the binoculars only a few times they accidentally fell off the back of my son's 4-wheeler they were ran over, broke into two pieces, and had one smashed eyepiece. I contacted Vortex and they literally paid for me to ship the damaged product to Vortex for repair. After they deemed the $1500 binoculars too damaged to repair they sent me a brand new pair of the the Fury HD's under their VIP warranty program. This may be the best company I have ever purchased a product from that actually supports their customers. Almost like getting free insurance with every purchase. I recommend this company highly and will be buying Vortex products at every future opportunity. Thanks Vortex!!!!
Unbelievable Customer Service
My experience is similar to Josh's. I've had my binoculars for about 12 years. When I pulled them out of the case a couple of weeks ago, an eye piece just came off. I called and they sent a mailing label. Three days ago I received a call from a very courteous lady who said the binocs couldn't be repaired. My heart sank. I'm going through some financial challenges right now and cannot afford to replace them. She told me they would be sending a new pair of HD binocs out to me. Wow! They're now in transit. Unbelievable customer service in this day. What more could you ask??
By far the best customer service…
By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I had an old pair of vortex binos (probably close to 10 years old) and the eye piece came off. I went to the website to see what the warranty was like. I started a chat and within 5 minutes I had an email with all the directions I needed for returning them plus the paid postage. I had my binos in the mail literally one hour after the first chat message I sent. Five days later I had a brand new pair of binos. First class company all the way. I already have multiple vortex scopes, binos, and range finders but this definitely cemented me as a customer for life.
Consistently excellent customer service
When a company consistently exhibits great customer service, they deserve to be recognized by their customers. Twice I have reached out to Vortex customer service for minor replacement parts (one of which was my fault--lost turret caps) and in both cases, Vortex responded quickly and sent replacement parts at no charge, even after I offered to pay for the items I lost. Really a great example of a company that cares about taking care of their customers, and they've earned my future business as a result.
Outstanding support
I stupidly left cheap Costco AAA batteries in my stored Vortex optics and the batteries corroded. One was a Spitfire and the other a SPARC. Vortex sent me return labels for each and once they determined neither optic could be repaired, they sent me brand new replacements free of charge under their warranty program. I having been shopping for a long range scope for my 6.5 Creedmoor. I had narrowed down the options to a Vortex Viper PTS and one other. After this experience it will definitely be a Vortex. I highly recommend you use lithium batteries not cheap Costco batteries in your optics.
Vortex replaced my beloved spotting scope after it slid off the tripod!
My Vortex Razor HD spotting scope slid off its tripod when I was trying to put it on. It fell onto the gravel and the scope split into two parts at the middle joint. Although it came apart at a joint that had screws holding it together, there was no way to reattach the parts without getting into the interior of the scope. So I mailed it to Vortex hoping they could repair it. They sent me a brand new replacement. My scope was about 10 years old. I work for a small nonprofit and use my own scope a lot for work. I can't thank Vortex enough for their great warranty and customer service.

I've been a business owner for the past 25 years and I'm always on the lookout for like-minded businesses that believe in outstanding customer service. I found one example at Vortex Canada. I brought in 2 pairs of binos for repairs and was given 2 loaner pairs to use.
The binos couldn't be repaired so Vortex gave me two comparable binos to replace them. Wow that's customer service. Well done Vortex. Marc
Great customer service
I purchased a Vortex Venom red dot 3MOA and mounted it on my Ruger MK IV LITE .22. After doing a proper zero (twice) it was still shooting g low about 1” @ 25 yards. I contacted Vortex Customer Service, explained the issue and they sent me a 1 degree shim for Free! I just mounted it and I’m quite sure this will now allow me to get the dot exactly where it needs to be. Thanks VORTEX for such great Customer service. I’m a customer for life.
Great scopes for birders and best global customer service.
Vortex Optics is one of the best companies I have ever seen in terms of global assistence (I live in Italy). I have bought the Viper HD 20-60x85 Angled Spotting Scope and have had to replace a part of it. I wrote them an email, and in a very short time they helped me and replaced the broken component for free. I was already aware of the quality of their products and as a birder I really appreciated this scope (the Razor HD will be the next). I couldn't imagine that their customer service was this valid. I am sure I will keep on buying and using their products in the future.

I lost a battery cap for my Razor 1-6 the day I bought it. Called their customer service number and spoke with Kathy. She was a delightful woman who was very well spoken and absolutely lightning fast to resolve my issue. She shipped me a battery cap no questions asked and covered the cost of shipping. This company stands by their product. One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I plan on purchasing the Razor 1-10 for another rifle in the near future. 10/10 I highly recommend.
Tony Wilson Help In Replacing a Defective Viper Gen II PST
Tony Wilson helped me replace the the Vortex Viper PST Gen II MRAD FFP scope that was defective. UPS lost the first replacement and Tony quickly OVERNIGHTED me a second scope. All thru the process Tony was very courteous, helpful and really wanted to help me thru get a new scope. He went above and beyond what I would call great customer service. Thanks so much Tony.

I bought my partner some Vortex binoculars a few years ago. They were much loved until we got caught out in a hideous thunderstorm and one side fogged up.
Couldn't find the receipt or even exactly remember when or where we got them but sent them to Newpro distributors and they checked and replaced them with latest model and were prompt and pleasant about it.
I will never ever buy any other brand of optics!

I recently had to send a Viper PST Gen II scope back to vortex for repair, I broke a turret on the scope by overtighten. I have Many optics made by vortex and I've always had great success with their optics. this was the first time I ever had to send an item back to vortex for repair. I jumped online and did an online RMA, packaged the item up and shipped it directly to them. Within days I had a new scope delivered to my house, talk about VIP warranty! Just wanted to give a shout out two vortex optics for a great job and thanks for all the effort and I will continue to stay a loyal customer.

I am a TowBoatUS and delivery captain. I subjected my Vortex Diamondback binoculars to a lot of abuse. They held up very well for years until the focus knob broke.
One call to Vortex and I got a pre paid return shipping label and a brand new pair sent to me in less than 2 weeks.
