Vortex Review

We brought our spa almost 12 months ago and this is the first contact we have had other than emails with spa special pricing, which we don't need as we already have a spa!! We have had no emails or contact checking everything is ok and or offering to sell us product for the spa, a very big let down and a basic side of the business you could have easy ongoing sales.
We love our spa but living in the country had a few issues with water which we weren't told about until we had a problem luckily we found a pool shop to help us with this. Good spa but not great after sales service!!

Great product. Friendly and helpful staff. If I decide to upgrade to a bigger spa, I will definitely be getting it from Vortex Spas :)

Unsure what the actual issue was but it is resolved now

Our spa is now working so that is the desired outcome but we dont know what went wrong or if there is anything we need to do in future to stop it happening.

We emailed the issue to the help team and they told us a tech would be in touch, several days later I emailed them and was told a part had been ordered and the serviceman would be out when it arrived (which differed form how I interpreted the first email). We were confused as no one had been in touch to clarify anything so we were unsure how they knew what part needed to be replaced. The serviceman was also confused as to how they knew which part was required.

The servicemen replaced the part while we were out so we didn't get to speak to him either so still have no idea what was wrong with our spa or what caused it

I have checked into this and can confirm that the part took 5 days to arrive with our service contractor which is too slow. It required a new UV unit and you should not have any further issues. My apologies for the breakdown in communication. We will use this as an opportunity to further fine tune our systems.

New filters

Had a problem with the two water jets, one wasn't flowing evenly, rang up and was greeted by a very helpful woman who said I needed new filters. She explained how to change them very clearly. The filters arrived within 48 hours (we are on rural delivery) they were easily replaced. I had also explained that I had problems with the headrests, so she included a free blow up headrest, works beautifully.Top marks to them.

Vortex spa review

We have had our spa for almost a year now. We looked for sometime to find the best spa for our family within our budget. Lucky we found Vortex spas at the Canterbury A&P show. It was nice to speak with the manufacturer and not just some salesmen. Having a Spa that can fit a family of five tall people is amazing. Its like another room. Best thing no devices go near the spa so theres lots of quality time. We had a small problem with a control board this was fixed and replaced within 3 days. Service guys are really nice. Our model is a Spectrum and adds $50-$70 onto a moonthly power bill. Cant complain!!!!!

Our new Vortex Spa

We have only just received our Spa and are really please with our purchase. With Just Pam and I at home the Mercury model is ideal to suit our needs. From order through to delivery we were well informed all the time
Also a couple of minor leaking problems ( not unexpected) were promptly attending to both after a call to Vortex customers services and same day call out from Mike and his service team at Pool tech in Christchurch. Really impressed.

Experience With Vortex Spas

We have had our new spa for just over 7 months and really love it and would highly recommend it to others. Our Cobalt model has an 8 / 10
therapy rating and its most certainly all that and more. The neck and shoulder therapy is amazing.
The level of service provided by Patrick Scott and his team is fantastic and they are very accommodating.

Commend Vortex Spa

Our dealings with Vortex Spa Company has been excellent. The staff are great, spa is excellent the only complaint we have is that we are very disappointed with the spa filters getting more & more expensive to purchase. When we bought our spa they are were around $30.00 each and we need three, now they are $70.00 each. So, it is now very expensive to change filters every three month $210.00.

vortex spa xenon

Great spa, excellent service, delivery and installation. We were missing a cover lifter which they sorted out straight away. Our only issue being that the clips on the spa cover could be a big more heavy duty, apart from that we are well pleased with our choice.

Generally good

Good technical support and help.
Two main problems, which to be honest we haven't followed up on yet
1 oxidising / etching of the pool gel coat layer at the waterline only.
2. Pool lockdown rigid cover as supplied has become absolutely saturated and is now so heavy it's barely lift able by one person...
Otherwise all is good we use the spa daily

Great Service

From my first contact via ph. with Vortex spas, there was a pleasant greeting, instant appointment to meet with their Sales Manager to view spas in a stocking warehouse. After choosing the spa I asked if it could be delivered within 3 days as we were in the country, we received it the next day, that's service in my book! The spa is working well as I expected, I have recommended these spa's to my friends & the lady Sales Manager was a delight to deal with.

Outstanding service and product

We are so thrilled with our new spa pool. From purchase through to installation we were well informed, had all questions answered and kept up to date with how our spa would be delivered, how to operate it plus many more features we were unaware of. The whole team at Vortex were incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas, from the sales team right through to the delivery man and the 2 gentlemen who turned up to help us fill it and go through the operation of the spa. A great team of people dedicated to a truly fantastic product - we are thrilled with our spa!

The Best

I have a great experience with the team at Vortex. The sales team at the show, office staff and the delivery guy were all great. Very help full in setting up the spa and taking us through the program set up and running. I would recommend Vortex to anyone who is in the Spa market.

Excellent Spa

We purchased our Vortex Spa over 12 months ago and we are very pleased with our purchase. We chose the Neon which is a 3 person spa as we were restricted in size by our property. The Neon is a great spa with heaps of jets, great lighting if required and easy to programme. We use the Simple Silver treatment which is awesome. No nasty smells, lovely clean water, no testing, we love it. You could call us very satisfied clients. Thank you Vortex.

Great company...great after sales support

Spa sales person was very easy and patient to deal with...We had quite a few questions and Vortex made you feel that nothing was a problem. Delivery was great with a full briefing given...any information that I forgot was quickly answered by the help team. Spa has been amazing!!!! We love it.

Vortex family spa

We love our vortex spa. Unfortunately the workmanship has really let the experience down. The company very kindly provided extra clips and straps for our cover as we live in a very windy area. They came and drilled holes for the clips and now we have some straps which are loose, some clips which are diagonal and other which are too tight! All because care and attention wasnt given at time of attaching the clips to the pool we paid over $12000 for. Vortex have very kindly reordered replacement panels which have taken over ONE YEAR to arrive and are still waiting!
We paid extra to have a sound system installed, this was installed incorrectly and has now been put right.
The spa is amazing but I would not use Vortex again due to the general incompetence.

Vortex spa.

We took advantage of the 2015 scratch and dent sale. We saved a bucket load of money, and our spa is faltless! Our family of 5 use the spa most days of the week. Our power consumption has increased quite considerably, but thats responsible. Vortex staff are most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Great product and great access to replacement parts and accessories. We had to additionally buy a higher (15)amp extention cord, circuit breaker and socket to run the spa. I wish this was mentioned at point of sale. For no other reason than it delayed us a day. Since our purchase my brother and his family have purchased a vortex and i know they are just as happy with theirs. I love seeing the facebook posts from vortex and knowing we are lucky owners of one of their beautiful spas. We have a 10/10 hydrotherapy spa and our health benefits include, sciatic pain relief, backpain relief. Relief from aching muscles from flu, sports. The kids/adults have a great EARLY night sleep after a spa.
