Feedback below is a note I have sent to Evan Rodgers:

We needed our insurance coverage aligned with a new building lease on a timeline that left no room for error, and you made it happen. Working in tight partnership with us and turning on a dime, you got the policy bound and the certificates into the landlord's hands within days. It felt close to a miracle.

Just as important was the precision. You caught every nuance in the lease's insurance provisions, restructured our limits to meet them, and were clear and direct about what worked, what did not, and what the market simply does not offer. That clarity let us close the remaining items with the landlord quickly and cleanly.

Judgment like that comes from experience, and it showed. Vouch is well served having you in front of clients, and we are fortunate to have you on our account.

Evan Rodgers at Vouch has been excellent to work with. He moved quickly on our Market Center COI for Flynn and our Montreal location insurance, including chasing underwriting when the first quote didn’t match the lease. Clear communication, owned the follow-through, and got us to a clean close with the landlord. Highly recommend.

Vouch's billing is invisible to the customer. Our portal's Billing page has never shown a balance, and still says billing history will "appear here soon." I reported that in April 2026. In August our premium had gone unpaid and our coverage was affected, and I only found out by email, with no carrier named and no amount owed. The follow-up was three unlabeled payment links with the amounts hidden in the URLs and a typo in the first line. Support is a shared inbox with no accountable owner. The policy documents are fine. Everything around them is not.

Vouch Insurance feels like one giant trap. The prices are outrageous for coverage that barely projects anything. Support is slow, dismissive, and makes you feel like you are bothering them for asking basic questions. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Vouch before it drains all of them.
