Before erecting the gazebo, the instructions were read, and no mention was made of the pole that goes on top of the frame before the cover is applied. Then, before we put a cover on the seams on the ends that had come away, it is not a heavy material, very light. The frame is strong, but the instructions are not very good.

Add this to the list of terrible reviews. Bought 2, got 1, no response to calls and emails.

Purchased gazebo through Amazon. Sandbags had split. Clicked on Amazon link. Give me details for company. When I exquired for replacements. They refered me back to Amazon. Went round in circles. Now sides of gazebo have split. It can't take the slightest bit of wind. Very poor quality.. wouldn't recommend

Ordered a garden gazebo. Vounot website advised item in stock delivery 3 to 5 days. After 9 days nothing arrived. I emailed Vounot and was advised that they would look into the delay. Did not receive a reply. After 11 days, I emailed again. No reply. It's now 13 days from placing my order and I still do not know if and when my order will arrive. Very poor customer service.

Unable to contact them by email they do not respond, the phone number they have listed, nobody answers and cuts you off after a couple or rings.

Tracking information very slow to filter through.
Lets see if it arrives.

Bought walk-in greenhouse through Amazon. Item well made and good price but parts missing. Unable to contact Vounot by phone or email - no response. Amazon were helpful offering refund on return (not realistic after erecting 80% ) but unable to replace missing parts.
Vounot do not appear to offer any customer support I will not buy from them in future.

Returned an unopened package and it took a couple attempted delivery's and a couple of emails but they issued refund no problem. Not a bad company. Good service received and happy customer 😀

O star review, rubbish quality no refund no discount nothing, I buy a shopping trolley of 40£ and second day weal broke I contact them and they say to me that sorry we not sale parts to look in to local store🤬😡.not spend your money on this website

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 zero gravity chairs from this company. These were delivered in a flimsy cardboard box ( which was badly damaged on receipt ) with no protection to the chairs. Each chair was in a plastic bag and packed into the same box. There was quite a lot of scratches on the arms of the chairs which is not acceptable. The company have only offered £10 compensation ! Not offered replacements or refund. Please be aware if ordering these chairs !

The chicken coop I ordered is the biggest piece of junk I have ever had to put together. It's shocking. The whole thing is nothing about plywood, some of the parts were broken and one element had the door fitted the wrong way round.

I have tried to contact the company via Email regarding a Log burner fan..which was unsuitable when it arrived. The reply was nothing to do with what I had asked..but about a Thermo coupling !! Since then I have emailed several times and as yet have had no reply, and I don't really expect one now. They have had my money and tough luck if it is no use. Be very wary of doing business with this company...BIG connection with China..if not a Chinese company.

Products are fairly priced and well constructed. Loses 2 stars though as customer service is slow, and even sent the package to the wrong location initially, and then tried to push me to refund, when all I wanted was the item I ordered, but after a week of emails they finally sent it out to the correct address. So do not expect a prompt delivery. I would be hesitant about using them again after that though.
