Quite terrible. Vourteige is scam! I vent on client care and they didn't appear to be moved or keen on actions. They create actuarial gains for their clients by creating ridiculous procedures. I have denounced them and our investors has moved to BASE64. Excited to grow more than I ever did 2024 getting the all clear.

After a successful trading at Vourteige a wallet was created by Guarda on V's recommendation. The wallet value, 41.64ETH was at this time 112k€. Unfortunate was the content not real ETH after checking the addresses. A condition for opening it was to pay a Gaz fee which I refuced to do of good reasons.
After a while Vourteige came up with a solution on 'my problem'. I was offered a amount of only 94k€ although I had 145k€ included my balance on my account. (Increased value on ETH not included)
Above that a commission fee was required which I refused to pay of reason above.
The final offer presented to me was 50k€ to be transferred to a new account at Wize. Surprisingly this was pending because a so called crypto maintenance fee of 25% was to be tranfered by me first. Of unknown reasons this was a surprise for my adviser at Vourteige too. The 50k€ was then lost in the Bank system acc to my advicer. My investment was 30k€.
My conclusion is that Vourteige has economist who are bad in math by using only addition on their own accounts and subtracting on clients account. There is a saying: If you are bad in math you can always be economist. It seems that some of them are to be find at Vourteige.

Customer service is prompt, polite, and to the point. They get the job done and get you up and running quickly.

I've been with this company for a long time. I am really impressed with their platform. Customer support is also fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Jeg lukkede min konto hos dem d. 27 juni i år og bad om at få mit tilgodehavende tilsendt. De skrev tilbage at pengene ville blive sendt og de sendte en mail når de var sendt afsted. Nu er det snart en måned siden og jeg har kun fået en ny mail hvor der står det samme efter jeg rykkede dem. Min kontakt Trevor Adams har ikke svaret mig i over en måned og det virker bekymrende. Jeg vil opfordre alle til IKKE at benytte sig af dem efter jeg har mistet troen på dem.

I invested as they said it was an automated trading system, after using their platform for several months I can tell you there is no automatic trading! I have now tried to make a withdrawal which is still pending after 2 weeks. Do not invest with this scam company

The range of markets available for trading really impresses me! As someone who prefers to trade currencies like GBP/USD and USD/JPY - the commissions are not a burden.

I lost £80.000 with previous broker 4xex ..I have been with Vourteige for a few months ..I only invested a few hundred as was very nervous after my previous mistakes..
Vourteige man knowing about my previous loses said he can help and went through his legal department and they have traced £40.000 of my funds on block chain and I agreed for them to transfer to Vourteige deposit account ..it is now showing in my account .
The Vourteige man said to transfer the £40.000 to my trading account I will need put down a %10 down payment say £4.000 so at this point I'm not sure if this is a scam or not once again ..
I know Vourteige are with the EUAC whether this means anything I just don't know

during conversations, they press heavily and aggressively that you should invest at once. if you say you want to do it later, they get rude and angry. their phone is hacking so you can barely hear what they are saying. very unprofessional

Scam scam scam! Nothing else, you can never withdraw your money.

This is a scam! From the beginning I was very sceptic, but I wanted to try if it somehow could be worth it. I "invested" €200 - I was immediately spammed with phone calls and mails about investing more :-( That screamed scam! After about two-three months the account showed €50.000!! I have tried to withdraw some of the money - but I have never been successful - even though Vourteige keeps informing me that I can withdraw anytime I want to :-( So SCAM!
