I’m truly impressed by the quality and speed of your app’s translations. Well done, my compliments – it’s a work of art.
Even in the complicated setup I wanted to use it in – namely on a television to watch a programme in a language other than my own, have it translated into my language, and be able to hear the translation through headphones whilst keeping the TV’s audio output in the original language.
This way, my wife can continue to watch the programme in her original language whilst I listen to the translation in my own language without disturbing her.
And it works very well, with just one issue: occasional unexplained fluctuations and augmentations in volume from the TV’s audio output in the programme’s original language.
Do you know what might be causing this, and whether I can adjust a setting to avoid this problem?
In any case, I’d like to reiterate my congratulations on such a great achievement.

Thank you, both for this lovely message and for your review on Trustpilot. "A work of art" is a sentence I will remember for a long time.
Your setup is a clever one, and the volume changes you noticed have a simple explanation. By default, Voxis lowers the volume of the original programme a little whenever someone speaks or the translation plays, so the translated voice is easier to follow. With one pair of headphones that helps; in your setup the programme reaches your wife through the TV, so she hears those dips and rises too.
You can turn this off. In Voxis, find the "Original audio" section (« Audio d'origine » in the French interface) and move the slider "Original audio (while speaking)" (« Audio original (pendant la parole) ») all the way to 100%. The programme on the TV will then stay at a steady volume, and the translation in your headphones is not affected. You can move it during a session and hear the difference straight away. One small note: if you later pick a different profile, it sets this slider again, so just glance at it once more.
If the volume still moves after that, write to me and tell me what you hear; I will look into it.
