Hardly worked at all - couldn't connect most of the time and never got 5G as promised - when other sims would get 5G. They cut me off after a few days and left me with 90% data left on my eSim - support NEVER responded. Total waste of money and effort. It's China Mobile - makes sense now why it's sooooo bad!

Pure scam, nonsense avoid at all cost, the policy is not fair, they are selling a plan that comes with unlimited data, however the network providers do apply a Fair Usage Policy. If you consume more than 2 GB per day, you will find that your speed will be throttled to 512 kbps. This speed should only last 24 hours (sometimes less) before you are back to high-
speed data. What’s the point of a daily unlimited data plan with a fair usage.

I got their Europe plan and it worked flawlessly. It's so much cheaper then what I would have paid for my roaming and the Internet speed is fast.

Bought 2 E-sims for Indonesia. When we arrived, we could not connect at all. Avoid at all cost!

Do not waste your money on this, it is a scam. I bought voyafly eSIM on my trip to Italy. It did not work once! I tried writing customer support, they did answer once asking for details and "screenshots", after which they just ghosted me. I think they survive only because people do not bother fighting to get their 10-25 euros/dollars/pounds back.

I bought a Europe unlimited Data 7 days package. It worked for about 2hours after this i had no service in almost 80% of the First 2 days. You can Imagine that this is inacceptable for travel. Contacting the service over the Help Email address is a Joke. You will be ghosted and noone will help you. You dont get your money back but you also get not the service which is advertisied. This is a Scam! I bought another eSim from Yesim and it worked as advertisied. That voyafly service is a Scam can be proofed by checking their Website. It lists no address, No Phone Numbers or any other company related information. Payment is only possible with Credit Card so no Safe PayPal payment option. Yesim also offers PayPal btw. For me it is 100% a Scam. The refund Policy ist also a Joke. Never ever again.

Used it for my 14 day in Japan, worked as expected, would purchase again on my next visit 8/11-8/25

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very bad speed of internet. full ignore. And if u activate esim or receive a letter, there is no way to refund.

As a second time user of Voyafly, I purchased a Canada eSIM based on prior positive experience for both my wife and I. The service worked very well for Rogers in large towns / cities. The Voyafly eSIM, however, would not connect to the other defined networks (Telus, Bell or SaskTel) and hence, we went days without a data connection when Roger’s wasn’t available. Interestingly, our UK eSIMs were able to connect to the other providers automatically to provide a phone service.

Avoid at all costs. I bought 4 eSIM, supposedly 5g.
Never did I get even near to 4g speeds. This might be fine for texting, and not even that because most time I didn’t have coverage.
Also from the 4 eSIM I originally got, only 1 worked. After a lot of back and forth, and 24hs later, they sent me new ones. But I wish I never spent money on these thiefs.

Worked for less than 10 hours. Worked perfectly during the night I ordered it. Woke up and it no longer works as it. Pages are barely losding. Do not buy this

I paid for 5 days to use it in New Zealand, and it only worked for 2 days intermittently. I do not recommend it at all, I paid 20 USD to not be able to use it properly. Do not buy it.

When using it in Europe, all location based app’s (that only work in Europe) think you are in Hong Kong. For the rest it does the job.

Internet access is key. I made the purchase when I was in Melaka, when my roaming data was exhausted. The moment I had the chance to get a free wifi, my purchase and activation was smooth. Glad it was legit and successful transaction.

Extremly dissapointed with the e-sim service. I've used e-sim for Bosnia & Hercegovina, didn't expect premium service, but even slower upload/download speed would be ok, but I got continuous connection interruptions, extremly slow internet speed... I thought it may be connected with mountanious countryside where I stayed, but the service was the same and in the city... I stayed in Tomislavgrad, so suggest everyone else that plans to visit this city to avoid this e-sim provider.
