Dedicated IP
Purchased the dedicated IP across 2 separate accounts, each time I pressed connect it would connect then immediately disconnect. I therefore cancelled both accounts. Imagine my surprise when they have charged one of my accounts despite it being cancelled. It shows as cancelled on their own website and shows as cancelled on the renewal email they sent. I presume the 2nd account will also get charged now. What is the point of cancelling if you're going to charge anyway? Bunch of charlatans.

Hello Amanda, many thanks for your review, we are sorry you had problems configuring your VPNUK service, we appreciate the configuration of our Dedicated IP accounts can sometimes be daunting, our Live Help team are always on hand to help in these situations.
I have also investigated your billing issue and found the problem was that you had cancelled the second subscription after automatic rebilling had occurred. I have now resolved the issue and issued a full refund for the renewal payment.

Really poor service
Really poor service. Miserable customer support.
I am on a dedicated server costing about 3x the basic tier asthe basic tier was too slow. The dedicated server is even worst.
This morning speed was below 1mbps download and ping more than 500ms.
Customer service is miserable and incompetent. First thing they do is blaming their issues on you. This morning pretending it was me because no other user complaining. So unless yhey are selling dedicated servers to multiple users it is just embarrasing.
Very bad service.
Update: Thanks for confirming your first approach is blming the issue on the client. To amke it clear, any of my connections, without activating the VPN have ping times below 20ms, bandwidth in the 10s of mbps. Once I switch on VPN ping goes in the 100ms and bandwidth drops below 3mbps, in some cases even below 0.5mbps.
So my setup is fine, your VPN is shot.
Cherry on the poo-cake. Your support cited "No other client is complaining with the server" talking about a dedicated server. Not even competent enough to understand the difference between shared and dedicated server. Unless you are selling dedicated servers to multiple user, thus the reson for the poor service.
I wrote to the email address cited below. Still waiting for an answer. Last answer I got was fairly useless. so no big hope again.
UPDATE sept 25th: almost 4 months down the line i can confirm a reputable service provider is able to do the 'impossible' and they are doing it quite decently at a price that is marginally higher than your.

Upon investigation of our customer services logs we have found the support given to you this morning was more than competent and extremely professional considering what the support agent was up against. As explained in our earlier conversations, your ping times and routing speeds will be a problem.
I'm afraid routing to our service is something we cannot help with, its impossible. If you manage to get your routing fixed with your ISP or network administrator, you should be firing on all cylinders.
