In my experience, this website is a scam. Do not send them any money.

I paid $223 USD in Bitcoin for a dedicated server. The Bitcoin transaction was fully confirmed, and immediately afterward the website told me that my order could not be processed and that I needed to contact support.

When I tried to contact support, I was required to log in. Suddenly, the password I had created no longer worked. There is also no working password-reset option, leaving me locked out of my account with no proper way to access support.

I paid the full amount, the cryptocurrency payment was confirmed, and I received no server and no usable service.

This is an enormous red flag. I strongly warn others:

DO NOT SEND THEM CRYPTO. DO NOT PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LOGIN DETAILS, ID DOCUMENTS, WALLET INFORMATION, SEED PHRASES, 2FA CODES OR ANY OTHER SENSITIVE INFORMATION.

Given what happened immediately after my payment, I would also treat any further requests for credentials or personal information as a potential phishing/security risk.

$223 paid. No server. Account inaccessible. No password reset. No usable support.

Stay away. I will update this review if I receive a full refund.

Checked the warrant canary three weeks running. Signed each time, with a recent block hash in it so it cannot have been pre signed and left on a shelf. Small thing. Says a lot.

Twenty cores, 128 GB and a 10 Gbps port for 149 a month. It has been serving as a European cache edge since spring on unmetered transfer with no surprise bill at the end of any month. The unlimited transfer does appear to be genuinely unlimited.

I run a small media service and my previous two hosts pulled the box first and asked questions never. Here the notices arrive in my inbox and the machine stays on while I deal with them. Six months in and it is still up.

The Ryzen 7 came with real IPMI rather than a ticket queue pretending to be one. Watched the install on the console and changed a BIOS setting at two in the morning without asking anyone for permission.

Ran the looking glass before ordering and then mtr from the box afterwards. Frankfurt sat between 34 and 36 ms, Bucharest at 12, London just under 50. The table on their site is honest, which is not something I expected to be able to say about a latency chart.
