Was in the Morpeth branch today went in for one thing then came out with two divces had a problem with one of my pods and chloe that works there give some really good advice. She also could tell I had hand tremors and she was more than happy to go the extra mile to set my divices up. Well done morpeth branch

I was sent the wrong items in my on-line order so contacted customer service via email to explain the issue. The problem was rectified immediately with replacement e-liquid arriving within 24 hours and a free return label generated straight away.
Excellent service as my 'local' shop is over 30 miles away. Couldn't ask for better.

I popped into my local store today to stock up, and as usual the staff were amazing. I went in to purchase the new self juice sweets retro violets flavour as I grew up on parma violet sweets and if you love them you will love the new juice. The flavour is spot on. Tastes like your actually eating the sweets. Will definitely be purchasing this flavour again. 5 stars.

Just finished our holiday in Cornwall and stopped in Camborne for food. Went into VPZ as it was opposite the pasty shop. I’d heard bad things about camborne so didn’t expect much when I walked in. I didn’t have much of an idea about vaping just wanted cheap disposable. I was served by Dan instead of just selling me the lost Mary I wanted he explained how much cheaper it would be to get a device and juice separately. He talked through the options and after me letting him serve a few regulars by the sound of their strong Cornish accents I went with an Aeq Pro tech deal and and juice he set the device up for me and talked me through the buttons and controls
Will definitely be in on our next holiday in Cornwall

Me and my wife went into penzance shop on friday not helpfull at all when i ask about products the answer was dont know i dont use them then asked another question got no responce till he finished on his phone then went we picked the one we herd of my wife asked him about the loyalty card and was told no point you having one you dont get anything for them so paid the £34 AND left we bought a pixl 8000 and refill and a lost mary 6000 and refill so saturday went on ebay and bought several others to try but he was roght about loyalty cards no use to us because we wont use your shop again

Vpz Newcastle, dreadful. Went into the shop with my Son and I asked for some pods, which were for my wife who wasn't with us due to a fractured foot. I couldn't remember what vape she used so asked my Son. I was then refused ro be served as "he asked first" which he didn't by the way. My local VPZ is brilliant I've spent a fortune in there and the staff are brilliant. 55 years old and refused pods because I asked my Son to assist and who deant even vape! I Didn't get her name but to day I was angry is an understatement.

I visited the stirchley branch and was greeted by Dave and Alfie. They were extremely helpful and guided me to what worked best for me after expressing what I was looking for. I have already recommended this branch to my family and friends and will be visiting more often in the future.

I had an awful taste from my vape and thought I’d need to change it.. Alex - Cumbernauld branch gave me a step by step guide on how to take the tank off and clean it.. also to replace the washer.. thanks Alex it’s working fine now.. he even offered to do it for me.. such a helpful and kind young man who always takes the time to listen and give advice.. many thanks again Alex.. can always rely on you 🌟

First time ordering on the web site and paid for my stuff then I got an email the next day saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have one flavour instead of phoning me or waiting until I came in to the shop to see if I wanted another flavour they just cancelled the whole order

Every time I visit VPZ Swansea I get to have a great friendly service from Cloe with a welcoming smile . Nothing is to much trouble to assist me with my purchase. She always has a bright and friendly approach to each and every customer. Not many places left with a great service these days.

Visiting your Clydebank store today, firstly i was pleased store was open on a BH. I needed help as i had fallen back to smoking. Harry was very patient and listened to me so he could advise what may work for me. I look forward to returning to buy more juice and hopefully tell Harry that the AEQ is working well and no more cigarettes purchased!!! Was refreshing to get great customer service. Thanks Harry & Sam.

Went in the shop in Swansea and was served by Dave had an amazing experience

Recently, I've had three 3-packs of replacement pods, and the majority of them went bad within just 1-3 days of replacing instead of lasting the usual 5-10 days. Because of this, my local store exchanged these for me (I specifically asked for a batch distant from what I had) – however, only one pod in the pack of three worked with no issues, the other two leaked even though newly installed. Disappointing and suggests poor quality control.
On top of that, the VPZ website's "Forgot Your Password" feature does not send the email at all, despite multiple attempts (my email is registered, before you ask Reader).
Because of that, I've decided to move away from VPZ and have now ordered a new device from a different manufacturer - I'm very much looking forward to using a more consistent and reliable kit without the same pod-quality issues.

Ok. So when I open the site, it's locked into 16:9 screen format which makes it really awkward to navigate. Also when trying to to filter products it constantly buffers and freezes. The app/site is terrible and needs sorting.
