I would give a zero if I could!! Had everything all set contract sighned, down payment payed. Trade in all done. Then I have reached out numerous times and nothing back then all of a sudden they canceled the whole thing without an explanation!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Go to an actual dealership!!!
THE BEST purchase i have ever had
I have lived on this earth for quite a long time and in all that time, I have purchased many vehicles and have dealt with a variety of difficult people in the process. But purchasing my truck from Vroom was honestly the most painless and the most enjoyable experience i have ever had with buying a vehicle. The people at Vroom in all of the departments were extremely professional, very accommodating and answered every question i had. I especially want to say that Paula my Support Rep was above and beyond helpful. Very Pleasant and joyful. You could hear the smile on her face in her talk. Again, The vehicle purchase was far and away the best experience in buying a vehicle i have ever had.

The car was better than expected and trade taken at the same time as delivery. Vroom paid more for trade than anyone else offered me. Much better than buying in person and waiting for many, many hours. No pressure either.
The app and customer service didn’t jive many times, but ultimately everything was faster and better than anticipated. Even an issue with one key is being easily resolved for me.
Will definitely buy next cars from Vroom.

I feel badly for the people who have posted that they have had such negative experiences with Vroom, because I had an absolutely wonderful one, from the salesman to the financing/paperwork, to actually having the vehicle, it was 8 days. Everything was super smooth and easy. The only thing is that it would have been a bit longer (about 4-5 more days) for actual delivery to my door, but I was given the option to come pick up the vehicle at the hub and even that went so smoothly and fast!! They went out of their way to get me into my truck as fast as possible, but still made sure everything was perfect and inspected! Everyone that I talked to via email, or phone, and the lady that I met in person when picking up my vehicle were so super nice and pleasant. They were all very professional and really seemed to care. My questions were always answered in a very timely manner and I am extremely satisfied with how everything went from start to finish!! I really can't brag enough with my Vroom experience. I've recommended them to several people already that I know are looking at a vehicle purchase. So, thank you to all the people I dealt with at Vroom you've done an amazing job, for me anyway, and it's very, very much appreciated!!
Delivery takes way too long
On vrooms website it claims it’ll take 7-14 days for you to get your car. Well it’s been 18 days and still nothing not even a delivery date estimate or even an option to just pick up my car.
Don’t do it.
I will never buy another car from Vroom. This was the second time I purchased a car from Vroom and each time there’s been some sort of problem. The first time was fairly minor, but this time it has been the worst car purchasing experience I’ve ever encountered. To start from the beginning I placed a deposit on a vehicle and went to work. I work late into the evenings and was checking my phone constantly to see if I got any notifications from Vroom. The next morning when I woke up, I had, an email from Vroom saying my deposit was going to be returned in 3 to 5 business days. Never attempted to contact me or send me any of the required paperwork for me to fill out. They just canceled my deposit. I called Vroom to find out why and no one could give me an answer but said the car was still available but I had to put another deposit down. When I got the purchase order I saw that the car price had been raised $1000 from the previous day. I contacted and it was fixed but took almost an entire day to get it fixed I waited and waited and was told the vehicle will be shipping out soon, but then received a call, saying the car needed a new tire, rotors, windshield and battery. And I was told they were unsure on how long it would take to get those things fixed so I would just have to wait. I asked since the rotors were being replaced to replace the brake pads. All I would get was short three to five word sentences that really didn’t say anything. So after waiting what felt like forever I was told the vehicle was going to be shipped and could expect it on the third. I had to reach out several times to get any sort of information and it was not until the sixth when the car was delivered, the delivery truck driver called and said he was about 45 minutes away. This was the first and only time we were contacted about the delivery we had to drop everything and I was late for work to get the car. I ended up not being able to stick around and going to work and get a phone call from my wife saying the dash is making a horrible noise and the sliding door won’t close. I instantly call Vroom and get no response. I send emails and for three days was told someone to reach out to me. I regret not sending the car back, but we were desperate for another car and decided to stick it out I decision I was still regret to this day. Finally Aric reached out to me to help me start solving the issues at hand. They still have not been fixed but it seems like we have a solution. The problems with the car should have been prior to it being shipped or placed for sale. Your 182 point inspection is a bowl of crap and cannot be trusted. I have spent hours and hours of my own time having to take the car the dealership, hounding the customer service representative for answers, because most responses are initially inadequate. The car was purchased two months ago and I’m still having to deal with it. The one we don’t even use the heater is so horrendous. It makes you want to punch yourself in the face every time you turn it on and it has to be because of the weather is cold and need the defrost on. I’ve had to beg and fight for every single dollar to get the problems corrected. These problems should’ve been caught. I know I’m repeating myself but I can’t emphasize even more that these problems should have been caught, and I should not have to waste my free time to get them fixed. When the parts finally come in, I’m gonna have to go 2 to 3 days without a second car. I have four kids and it puts a huge impact in our family. The fact that no one has ever reached out to actually apologize for the inconvenience or the fact that I’m not asking for money But something to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Here’s some compensation for you having to spend hours and hours fighting to get your car fixed. so when you ask how likely am I to recommend I will tell you I go out of my way to tell people to never use your website. I told them that is the worst experience I’ve ever had buying something online. I tell them that I have purchased a car from you before and even though it was a few weird things it wasn’t that bad unlike this time, I tell them how much time I’ve had spend trying to get these problems fixed and how most of the times I feel like I’m being ignored. I tell them I’ve sent 50+ emails trying to get responses. Based on your history, I realize I will not get a response or the fact that you even care, but if I can get one person who was thinking about using your website not to do it, then I feel like that’s a win for me.

Incompetent employees, ZERO communication, NO customer service, lost documents, lost checks, expired offers, glitchy transaction hub...THE WORST! Do not believe these good reviews, this company STINKS! Even if you think you've found a good car and/or a good deal, DON'T DO IT! It's simply not worth it.
Car purchase
Signed a contract to purchase a car on 11/15 and paid the deposit 11/17. It is now 11/30 and still no car. Between the salesman, our customer rep and the bank, we have signed 4 contracts only to be told that the terms are wrong on each contract. The last one signed this morning...wrong too. Down-payment is incorrect. The bank wants its 4th different amount down. We already paid $999 yet we have been told the down payment was $999, then $1234, then $1483, then $901 and now $1150. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

Do not buy a vehicle from this company! Go to a dealership! The process was easy yes. My 2020 Nissan Pathfinder looked legit with low miles no visible signs of accidents and none reported on the vehicle! In fact it was reported as a fleet vehicle from a rental car company! Then I received to vehicle and it started to fall apart! Various trim pieces started to fall off. I got the warranties (yes plural) and called to get these problems fixed and they told me that those pieces are not covered under any of the warranties that I got! Buyer beware! Go to a dealer where you can actually check out the car physically!

Am Anfang war alles toll. Ich hatte einen Platten am Voderrad, Termin ausgemacht und die holten das Rad sogar am Feiertag (01.11.) ab! Am folgenden Montag, wurde mir das Rad angeblich repariert und gereinigt zurückgebracht. Soweit so gut. Als ich am nächsten Tag zur Arbeit fahren wollte, war nach 10 Minuten die Luft aus dem reparierten Reifen und ich konnte nicht weiterfahren! Schlussendlich musste ich bis zur nächsten Haltestelle schieben und mit dem Fahrrad in die Bahn, dass ich wenigstens noch einigemaßen pünktlich kam! Auf eine Beschwerde-Email wurde bis heute nicht reagiert, auch mein Geld habe ich bis heute nicht zurückerstattet bekommen! Entweder wurde der Reifen nicht repariert, nur aufgepumpt, oder sie haben einfach den Schlauch nicht gecheckt auf eventuelle Glasreste o.ä. Eigentlich sollte ein Profi-Fahrradservice genau das tun!! Also Finger weg von dem Laden!! Ich werde dies auch dem Verbraucherservice weitergeben...
BEWARE DO OF SCAMMERS
Vroom sold a "Fleet Car" without disclosing it to me, sold a car as having never been in an accident which was not true, and the car, had bad brakes, tires, oil, and maintenance had not been done, and more. I got my lawyer involved, requesting they fix the paint that literally was peeling off of the car, and because time had gone by since the actual purchase Nov 2022 they would not help me. This is an ethics issue on many levels and this company needs to be investigated

on their estimate for repairs they note, “FRONT BUMPER HAS A POOR FAILING PRIOR
PAINT JOB. REQUIRES A FULL STRIP TO REPAIR CORRECTLY AND ENSURE IT WILL
NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.”
Mr. XXXX bought this car with assurances from Vroom that the vehicle had never been in an
accident. Further, he was provided with a clean Carfax report. Yet, the front bumper has peeling
paint from a previous, poor paint job and requires extensive repairs—repairs that total $2,398.32
per the shop’s estimate.
This situation is causing Mr. XXXX to regret working with Vroom because of all the related
problems he has already had with this purchase. Mr. Fazah feels cheated because the body shop
said it was obviously a rush patch job where they failed to even use the proper primer.
Mr. XXXXX is a reasonable man and wants to work with Vroom to make this right. He is
demanding that Vroom reimburse him $2,398.32 for these necessary repairs. If Vroom is unable
or unwilling to reimburse him, he is willing to entertain other settlement efforts provided they are
reasonable. If no agreement can be reached, Mr. XXXX will have no recourse other than to
publish negative, online reviews about this experience.

concerns may be addressed.

Stay Away From Vroom. Horrible!
Regrettably, my experience with this company has been quite challenging. Following the execution of a sales and loan agreement, the delivery of the vehicle, and subsequent communication, I was informed of the necessity to provide additional financial information for the deal to be funded. This unexpected development has left me in a difficult situation with the vehicle in question. Currently, there appears to be a discrepancy in the narrative surrounding the situation. In hindsight, I wish I had come across similar reviews before engaging with this company, and I urge others to exercise caution.
Obnoxiously aggressive
Only created an account and did an online quote for a trade and got 4 phone calls within 3 hours that were completely unsolicited. If I wanted to move forward I would notify you. Also the quote was quite a bit lower than any other that I've received. The most aggressive and obnoxious experience before even getting started with this company. Unbelievable. You also have no way to delete your account beyond contacting support.
Red flags all over this company that I had less than 5 minutes interacting with.

Die Abholzeiten waren beim Holen und Bringen des Rades absolut unzuverlässig. Da ich frei hatte, war das am ersten Tag kein Problem. Aus zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr wurde 13 Uhr. Beim Zurückbringen wurde aus der voraussichtlichen Bringzeit zwischen 13 und 14:00 Uhr 14:55 Uhr. Als ich meinem Ärger Luft gemacht hab, in dem Fahrer sagte, dass Sie das System überdenken sollten, wurde er auch noch unverschämt.
Das Fahrrad ist trotz Reinigungsauftrag und Bezahlung nicht ordentlich gesäubert.

Lost the contract that I posted ONLINE. When I called and asked them to return my title, they said they would and to wait 24-72 hours. They didn't return it. Then I called back and asked them to call Houston, and they said they couldn't. They provided me a number 855-295-0162, but it doesn't work. Their email system is awful - it emails you the wrong information, or it emails you the correct information several times. It's a G-D NIGHTMARE to deal with their at home remote team that can't seem to do anything helpful or useful to get your title back because you're done dealing with this incompetent, problem-ridden company.

Die Kommunikation erfolgt nur durch SMS, die tagelang nicht beantwrtet werden. Der Technicker in der Kommunikation macht einen nicht ganz nüchternen Eindruck, ganz vorsichtig ausgedruckt.

I'm not sure if I got lucky or what.
Vehicle was delivered ten days after closing deal (all cash). It came with a 90 day movement permit.
Day 21 out of state title was sent overnight via FedEx.
Today day 23, title and registration filed with my DMV.
I do have one big complaint.
They dont seem to honor their 90 day warranty...
I sent them an email about a few minor things and they never got back to me...
I can see how a financed, repairs needing vehicle can turn into a nightmare when trying to deal with them.
