Hair came packaged nicely and very full. I ordered the wand curl half wig and it looks amazing. I love the prestyled curls and texture. It matches my actual hair type. Shipping was quick.

They helped me they told me that they were ran out of hair but they got me they make sure they kept me updated on everything they sent out the Hair they sent me. Everything is tracked all that it was so good and I’m thankful for them for doing that and I like it I love the hair. I love them. I’m about to put it in my hair tomorrow, so yes and I will love it.

Had a horrible experience with their customer service. Told them I wanted to cancel/refund after my order wasn't even shipped. They ignored my request and still tried to send me a new order even after they agreed to refund. Disregarding what the customer wants for your benefit is disgusting.

I had a great experience. The hair units I received exceeded my expectations. I bought a wavy and a curly v part wigs. They are so reasonably priced that I thought they would be poorly made. They were both well constructed. The curly one is my go to as I like to wear my hair natural. The other brands I would have to add products to get the achieved look. But this hair is perfect. I have worn the hair everyday for the last three weeks. The back isn't matted and the curl pattern hasn't lost its integrity. This is my go to brand to buy any wigs or hair. Highly recommend.

I bought a half wig out of curiosity and was surprised to find that the quality was this good. I live in Germany and shipping from the US didn’t take as long as it usually did, only a week for me. The customer service was also pleasant and interactions were cute. I didn’t know there were goodies that come with the wig, so I was surprised to find a comb, two wig caps and other stuff in there. I currently have miracle knotless in so I can’t try it out right away but I‘m already excited, after feeling and seeing the hair. Overall I had an amazing experience and plan on buying there again!

SCAMMERS! I have not received my order. I clearly explained multiple times that the package was not delivered to me and not to either of my neighbours. There has simply been no delivery at all.

Despite this, the company does not offer a direct or serious solution. My complaint is not being taken seriously, even though I have already paid for this order.

I want to receive my order as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I demand a full refund. I am waiting for a solution within this week.
