We cannot thank Adam enough for his help and support recently - he's very clearly an expert at what he does and would happily use him and his team again in the future for anything renovation related!

I have given Adam and his team two projects now the kitchen which was a pretty big job including replacing flat roof and opening the dining and kitchen area , and the Annex refurbishment transforming what was a dumping area. From start to finish I knew how the projects were going, any issues with options to resolve and some advice on what has worked well elsewhere and not. So not making mistakes that others had perhaps experienced, which led to a fantastic result in both projects. Nothing too much of a problem and Adam always available to discuss and bounce ideas. Great job, third project in due course later in the year.

So, where do I start. Adam and his team were so attentive, accuracy and attention to detail is second to none.
We had a few issues with the kitchen supplier which Adam helped resolve and his team came up with ingenious solutions.
The final finish is better than I expected, I would say that it is flawless.
We had 18 new spot lights, new wiring, new ceiling and plastering. Kitchen and dining area painted and then of course the new kitchen installed, all finished to a brilliant standard

Just add, we have had VSS conduct a renovation of our en-suite before which was just as good.

Asked on facebook for recommendations for house rendering and got loads of recommendations for V.S.S Maintenance. Adam came to visit me and we discussed what I wanted,new windows,patio door,front door, house needed new insulation and re-rendering, my out house also need new doors and windows. He was honest about work that needed doing and that it would be a few months until he could start the work as very busy.
When he started the work to when they finished they were amazing.
My house now looks amazing and I'm am very grateful for a job. Thankyou to Adam and his team👍

We recently had our kitchen replaced by VSS Maintenance, this involved a full replacement kitchen, pre-installation works including plumbing, wall insulation, and electrics,underfloor heating, plus additional works in hallway and utility room including replacement doors, plastering and replacement radiators.

Adam and his team provided excellent advice when planning the work, providing solutions and ideas I hadn't considered, this certainly took a lot of stress off my shoulders knowing that any snag could be resolved.

They were certainly a very hardworking team, friendly, professional and the work has been finished to a high standard with attention to detail. We are very happy with the completed results.

Adam and his team completed some work for us last year. We had our en-suite installed and family bathroom upgraded, changed flooring,taps and a Japanese toilet fitted. They were punctual, friendly, honest and very clean. We are happy to recommend VSS maintenance company as they offer a really good service and don’t try to rip you off like others.

We had been letdown by a previous builder and these guys came to the rescue- complete with capes! They really were the heroes we needed. They kept us updated with every step of the process and were reliable, professional and clearly cared deeply about the service they offered. They even put in an extra spurt, working crazy hours to get the kitchen all finished for Christmas .

Our project involved a full replacement kitchen, including appliances, plumbing, underfloor electric heating, tiling to the kitchen area plus adjacent dining room and office, replacement doors and lighting, radiators, new toilet fittings and decorating.

Adam and his team provided excellent advice when planning the work and were very friendly, professional and efficient in completing our project to a high standard with attention to detail.

Everything was priced in advance and within our budget with good communication throughout.
