DO NOT BUY from this company. Advertised as 4PC item and they sent 1PC only. 15 emails back and forth and they will not rectify their mistake. They advertise one thing and sent something else!!!!

Do not buy from these it is fake!!! And you don't get what you thought, luckily I paid with PayPal so was able to get a refund

I’ve just received a really poor fake version of what was advertised as a Laura Geller bundle with palette, brush and compact. No brush and compact and extremely bad copies of the colours in the undersized palette. Who knows what they’re made of. Do not order anything from this site!!
Update: Happy to say PayPal refunded tge cost for me including postage 👍

I thought I brought Laura geller starter kit has 2 products missing sent 2 emails no reply this is a fake product bad company

I placed a Laura Geller order from VTELLI thinking they were a supplier of theirs. Two items were missing from my order. They tried to tell me that I didn't order those items. Many emails went back and forth but it was to no avail, they said I didn't order what I did, despite a picture on the confirmation order which said "packing and shipping items" which included the 2 missing items. I've been trying to get my 2 missing items for a month. It's not going to happen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VTELLI.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Cheap knock off Laura Geller Make up!

Did not realise when ordered that it was not genuine. Ordered the set with make up palette, foundation and brush. My sister wanted this for her wedding. Only received the palette and contacted immediately. Sent photos and screen shot of actual order that had a picture of the set. Their reply was "you only ordered the palette. Luckily I contacted my bank and they have refunded me.

As per other reviewers I ordered what appeared to be the Laura Geller starter kit which transpired to be a cheap Chinese copy and arrived minus the foundation and brush which were promised. Have contacted customer service for last 10 days and all I get is send photos , and they refuse to acknowledge despite all photos sent .
Took 15 SATs to arrive from whrn I ordered . Nothing whrn you order to state it’s coming from china

I believed I had ordered a Laura Geller Starter kit as a gift and didn't realise I had been directed to a Scam site in China. I tried to contact them to cancel the order, but they said it was already despatched (not true, was still in China). When it finally arrived, I contacted them asking for a return and refund, three weeks later after several emails, they said there was nothing wrong with the item and therefore would not refund. Ordered 27 October (paid by Debit card) - refusal 15 November.
I wish I had checked on this site and read the reviews, but they make their site look like the original so you don't realise until too late.:-(

Absolutely furious with myself for being taken in by what is seemingly a scam. Basicallymy advice is to avoid at all costs.

Scam - total fraud. Does not even pretend. Avoid at all costs.

Sadly , I didn’t read this before ordering the Laura Geller set. It just arrived with horrible glittery eyeshadows ( unbranded and chinese)- no baked foundation. Typing error in packaging “ Hightlighter”. I am furious at myself.
Unusable and too awful to even gift to other.
Have contacted for refund….but not holding out much hope

Update: 13-11-25 received an email from company stating foundation and brush were “ clearly”never part of package and were for illustration purposes only. What a damn cheek.
Thankfully I paid with Paypal who have refunded me. I’m very fortunate and I know that others won’t be.

I ordered the Laura Geller starter kit, and foundation and brush, for a start not Laura Geller (made in China😱) also only received half the order. Please do not order it's a con.

I ordered a laura gellar starter set and received a generic set in colors that were no where near my original order I have asked for a refund I don't think i stand a hope in hell. obviously a scam
