Great service, product needs work
The customer service was fantastic! Unfortunately the product was not what I was looking for. I purchase the dress shirt with the zipper. Great color, great fit. I just wish the buttons that covered the zipper wear functioning instead of decorative. When the shirt stretched you could see the zipper. Of the buttons would have worked and covered up the zipper I would have kept my purchase and probably bought more in different colors.

Careful! You have to pay to return for any reason
I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband, they sent the wrong size. According to their return policy I had to pay to return them even though it was their error. I repeatedly asked them to include the cost of postage with my refund and they ignored me. I pointed out numerous times that it was their error. Didn't matter.

Comfortable shoe that lived up to advertisement
Easy to purchase, shipping arrived a little earlier than expected. I purchased these shoes to wear at a trade show. I didn't have time to break them in and they still exceeded my expectations! Three days of working the show, standing in a booth and my feet were NOT sore.

100% great. I was surprised at how quickly I received my order and was even happier the the fit was PERFECT! I also get lots of compliments on how cool they look. Great sneakers that can be worn a little more formally if you like.
