While the cup does hold blood it’s nothing compared to what leaks out of it and into your knickers. The cup it’s self isn’t as easy and straightforward as the video on their website to pinch and insert. You have to pinch and push, re pinch and push and continue the process along the way pinching your vagina by mistake the deeper it goes in. It then doesn’t insert properly even after inserting your fingers half way into yourself to get it in and to try your hardest to stop the blood from leaking out. The cup just keeps pinging out from the pelvic bone and doesn’t sit properly at all. Really wouldn’t recommend as it’s a total waste of money.

I'm surprised at the bad reviews, the item I received did not have the vulxies brand on them but I feel they were well worth the money and have been a lifesaver! I had problems with cups after pregnancy and these are so easy to insert & remove, mess free and no vacuum so much more comfortable for me, I appreciate everyone is different. I may have found them elsewhere for cheaper but didn't realise or think to look. Still happy with my purchase even if I did pay more for them. I bought 3 for 2.

Recieved items not branded (as others have mentioned) could have purchased far cheaper elsewhere. The product also doesn't work. As a long term 'cup' user I was look for something that did the same but without the vacuum cramps, this sounded prefect. However, as much as the cramps aren't there, the ability to prevent mess is also absent. This product should be avoided!

Drop shipping company shipping cheap unbranded products! I received my ‘Vulxie’ which came labelled as ‘Y cup menstrual disc’ - no mention of the Vulxie brand in the packaging or product. No packing note inside, clearly shipped from China. I immediately found the exact same product for £1.65 on AliExpress. I paid close to £20 incl. shipping, so this company is just harvesting money while a Chinese company drop-ships their merch. Very disappointed. I thought this company might be a competitor for Nixit but there is no transparency here - no way to know if the ‘100% medical silicone’ is actually the real deal, or if they’re safe to use. It has ‘FDA’ written on the box but forgive me that by this point I’m feeling a little mistrustful of putting this product in my body. IMO avoid this company!

Excellent customer service and product. Had an issue which was resolved with a kind mannered individual. My only issue was with delivery time, however I’ve since become aware that their office is in another country.

Same issue like others. I got Y cups, not working for me either.
Tried to look into this brand online and found barely something. The information I found was really odd. I'm very disappointed.

I agree with the previous user, the product I received was not branded Vulxies )it also said y cup) and had
hardly any instructions included. A bit odd and difficult to trust the product.

The product arrived branded y-cup no further info provided. Seems dubious. Product not working for me. But could be personal preference.
