Product did not match description – unresolved dispute, unprofessional and demeaning treatment
I ordered a leather apron from Vuurbak via their website.
The product was advertised as dark brown leather with cognac-colored pockets. The apron I received is black with beige pockets. The difference is clear and visible.
I contacted the company to raise this as a complaint, as the delivered product does not correspond to the product description or images shown at the time of purchase.
Vuurbak maintains that the product is delivered according to specifications and has not accepted responsibility for the discrepancy.
Unfortunately, the matter could not be resolved directly with the company. I am therefore sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision.
When browsing Vuurbak's website, be aware of the fact that the descriptions and pictures might not at all match the product they are selling. And, when reaching out to costumer service, be ready for possibly the worst treatment that you have ever gotten by a company.
