Spammers - constant unwanted e-mails.

Avoid. Try to trick people into rolling contracts with golf companies who have already cancelled their own agreements. Bombarding with invoices despite legal proceedings now being taken.

Emailed a business which I deal with claiming to have an advertising package at a golf course/spa hotel. All sounded fantastic in the email, however a quick phone call to the hotel in question confirmed that this company have nothing to do with said golf hotel.

Emails came from a Jack Stevens.

Full scam. Paid for one year as a trial, after the year they wanted to keep the subscription going even after we said no multiple times and have given evidence of lack of service however Mike and W1G were
email harassing me to continue or be forced with legal proceedings.
No help whatsoever and complete waste of money and time. What was advertised was never actually received in terms of service. Very unprofessional aswell of Mike who is constantly harassing you with emails and threats.
Stay away from this company !

Avoid company at all costs. Again as per preview reviews this company lead you to false sense of security and promise good advertisements. I have visited the screens where my adverts were due to be seen. The screens were not even turned on. A year later they hound our emails and claim we’ve entered in a contract with them owing them now thousands. AVOID

This company is a fraudulent company, working as Digi-Luxe Media also (check their reviews). They do not advertise where they say they are going to. They lead you into a false sense of security by working with you to provide the design work which they have no intention of using! They will then continue to harass you with emails to renew with them. They will find any email address associated with a company and send a relentless amount of emails, including threatening emails.

This contemptible company has found one of our email addresses and we are now subject to endless spam, usually on the subject of golf clubs. From reading these reviews I can see that they operate illegally on two counts: the relentless unsolicited emails, and ripping off people who sign up with them. I will block their entire domain from our system. Does anyone have details of who they are? I want to report them to a relevant authority. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

I was spammed by this company and had to ask countless times before it stopped. They got my TP review taken down because I refused to identify myself to them. Why should I do that? This behaviour is confirmed in other reviews

Avoid this company. They sell you advertising space at golf clubs with golf tee times as incentives but not deliver on the tee times. It's a con.

Scam!! Scam!!

Avoid at all costs. All they want you to do is sign a contract, they offer advertising on their 16bit app which looks like it's made by a first week student. The golf club I was told I would be a part of said they have nothing to do with them and they have basically ripped off a scheme that they already have in place. If you have any dealings with these guys just ring the club your add is supposed to be marketing with and find out the relationship with this company. You'll find they are in breach with the contract. These guys just prey on your misunderstanding of a contract and want paying off. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute rubbish never waste your money on this company they tie you in for 4 years and do not deliver on courses you need to PLEASE STAY AWAY from these Look elsewhere

You can never get a game booked. The most dodgy outfit if ever had the misfortune to work with. NEVER again

We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with "Whole In 1 Golf" / "W1G" and I must say it was nothing short of a scam. From start to finish, the entire process was a nightmare. Staff that sign off emails with a title such as "Director" is actually false in some cases as per Company Information obtained online.

Here’s a breakdown of my experience:

>Misleading Promises: The company made grand promises about the quality of their services, which turned out to be completely false and there was no service nor cooperation with the chosen golf courses.

>Poor Customer Service: When I reached out to their Customer Service Team / Management Team to address the issues, I was met with indifference and unprofessionalism. They were unresponsive and unwilling to provide any real solutions or refunds.

>Lack of Accountability: Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, the company has shown no willingness to take responsibility for their false offer and contract. It’s clear that they are only interested in taking customers' money without providing any real service.

I strongly advise anyone considering using "Whole In 1 Golf" / "W1G" to think twice before doing so. There are plenty of reputable companies out there—don’t waste your time and money on this one. It’s been a frustrating and costly lesson for us, and I hope others can avoid the same fate.

As per the rest of the bad reviews, i wrongly agreed to pay for two years advertising etc which i never actually received or used, cut to their auto renewal like everyone else that wasnt aware of it, they sent an invoice dated months before the renewal was even due, and acted like i hadnt paid.

They then continued to harrass my staff daily by email, phone etc until i agreed to pay the renewal (over 100 emails)

Yet once ive paid (for another two years i didnt want) they have stopped replying to any emails and any requests for golf bookings are not available despite putting several dates, i cant see me getting any of the golf im 'entilted to'.

Paying for nothing. Avoid at all costs.

As previous reviews and previous iteration of this "business" - Whole in 1 Golf - yes look at those Trustpilot reviews too. Bullying cheating and unlawful trading practices. If you have been scammed by this lot - Chris Brayshaw et al - complain to 1. Your trading standards authority and 2. Your local police economic crime unit and 3. The Govt Competition and Markets Authority. Their purported auto renew clauses not binding. Oh and the harassment and threatening emails etc are unlawful too and also a criminal offence. Public Companies House records interesting reading too. How many changes of registered offices, how many legal charges etc? How many red flags are out there. Avoid and if you have already been a victim - do all of the above now.

W1G has proven to be a reliable and effective partner. Their team provided valuable support, offering solutions for marketing initiatives and business networking events. We are pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their services.

This company is shocking, took my money, took my advertising down but didn't tell me because they were no longer working with the golf club I chose, never replied to emails, took all my money, complete scam artists, I am now in the process of serving court papers for my money back, the fees and all the interest too, I would avoid them at any cost!

Similar to Charlotte's review below - constant (talking every 3-7 days) spamming of our organisation from 'Jack Simpson' or 'Jack Stevens' - apparently we are a building firm now. Really ... Their spam was also sent to an internal mailbox - so obvious using very questionable mailing tactics here - and so now we have blocked their whole domain. Even if legit, are these the sort of people you wish to deal with ?
