Abbiamo cambiato numero e ci hanno bloccato l'account senza aver fatto nulla. Essendo un'attività ci stanno creando un danno enorme, contando che stiamo aspettando l'esito della loro "revisione" da ore. Vergognoso!

There is an issue with our Meta Business Manager related to WhatsApp, and we have been trying to resolve it for two months without any success. We have contacted the Meta Pro Team dozens of times, and they consistently tell us that we need to reach out to WhatsApp support.

WhatsApp support is practically nonexistent and is limited to an AI that provides generic responses. This AI always redirects us back to the Meta Pro Team. In other words, no one actually resolves anything — one team simply passes the responsibility to the other.

It is frustrating to see how an American company is being treated by Meta. We have developers standing idle and are incurring financial losses because of this situation. It appears that Meta no longer cares about the way it treats customers who spend money on its platform.

WhatsApp has been an essential communication tool for me, but I'm now facing a serious problem. This is the second time my account has been banned without any explanation or warning.
A few months ago, my first account was blocked. I had to go through the difficult process of switching to a new number and losing all my contacts. Now my second account has also been banned.
I don't engage in any violations or suspicious activities, so I don't understand why this keeps happening. The support system only provides automated responses that don't help resolve the issue or provide any clarity.
I strongly suggest the developers review and fix their ban detection system. Legitimate users shouldn't be penalized this way. There should also be proper human support to handle appeals and account recovery.
If this issue isn't resolved, it makes communication extremely difficult and forces users to look for more reliable alternatives.

Account di un minore bloccato definitivamente senza indicazione del motivo specifico.
Dopo una revisione automatizzata non è più disponibile alcuna opzione per chiedere chiarimenti né per parlare con un operatore umano.
Il sistema di sospensione risulta strutturalmente fallato. Di fatto il blocco esclude il minore da gruppi scolastici, sportivi e sociali, che oggi utilizzano WhatsApp come unico canale di comunicazione.
L’unica “soluzione” lasciata all’utente è acquistare un nuovo numero, con conseguente perdita di credito, costi aggiuntivi e la necessità di aggiornare tutti gli account online collegati al numero precedente.
Comprendo l’uso di sistemi automatici per la sicurezza, ma quando una piattaforma diventa un’infrastruttura di fatto per scuola e sport, l’assenza totale di trasparenza e di un canale umano di supporto è un problema serio, soprattutto quando sono coinvolti minori e vi sono effetti economici concreti sulle famiglie.

What a third class services of what's app if sent new year messages to my contact they restricted as a spam who is doing spam this what's app services allow them as they are in hand in hand so many years I'm sending all my contacts wishes this year only what's app employee or rule waked up from f...........s someone.. wake up from sleeping and check before restricting the account. Man merkt, dass die App immer wieder erweitert wurde. Was daraus entstanden ist, ist ein Flickenteppich, mit versteckten Einstellungen und alter nicht zeitgemäßer Technik. Selbst mp3´s können nicht mehr abgespielt werden, dazu wird inzwischen Spotify benötigt. Das obwohl Sprachnachrichten direkt in Chat angehört werden können. Wer keine Telefonanrufe über Whatsapp haben möchte hat Pech. Das ist nicht abschaltbar. Wird der Klingelton dafür stumm geschaltet, ist das ganze Telefon stumm. kurz gesagt ein unfassbarer Müll, den immernoch viel zu viele Leute nutzen. Gerne würde ich den Dreck einfach löschen!

Buongiorno. Premetto che uso whatsapp esclusivamente per chattare con gli amici da alcuni anni. Ieri improvvisamente mi hanno bloccato l'account forse per 24 ore o forse di più senza una motivazione. Credo che tutti noi stiamo dando troppi soldi al signor Zuckerberg ed è ora che capisca che Dio è solo uno e lui non lo è, pertanto dovremmo tutti disinstallarlo come protesta. È uno schifo bloccare senza senso e lasciare una persona con il disagio totale. Dopo quanto è successo ho ELIMINATO il mio account Facebook e Instagram. Grazie al cielo esiste telegram decisamente meglio !

Ormai con WhatsApp Business ogni volta che lo apre e ti devi sorbire l’invito a fare pubblicità da meta, sono insopportabili
