This is not the first time I've bought from them I ordered 2 Venus flytrap cultivars B52 and Akay Ryu Red Dragon they where well packed taped up but inside they weren't reported properly the earth compost was very slack loose they looked bashed and all the traps were closed I'm not happy the way they were packed inside the compost should of been tightly potted but I think this was done deliberately by the owners of sacked wicked carnivorous plants as I did ask them for 2 large VFT cultivars I won't be buying anything from them again . Not a good company they would do this again plants are still alive I've got to re pot them now they weren't well packed this has been deliberately done by the owners themselves I don't know if they've done this to any of thier customers but they surly did this to me why I don't I will never ever order anything from that couple ever

Bought a LV holdall bag from these. Delivery cost was extremely high for such a small item but I sucked it up, however what is very disappointing and I am totally disgusted with is the fact the bag was filthy inside with some slimey stuff inside.
Now I understand you can view items, but let’s face it most of us don’t live near the auction house, so we rely on the honesty of the auction house and their integrity in the description they provide on items. Had they said it was filthy with slime inside, I would not of bidded on item, so feel they have been deliberately deceitful. I could not believe it when I place my hand inside the bag only for my hand to be covered in some form of slime.
I use to actually watch this on tv regularly but after having dealings with them over this item, I find what you see on tv is not how it is really run, as they don’t care about scamming people, it’s all about the mighty pound and once they have that, they could not care less. I honestly thought this auction house would have integrity and be honest about the condition of the items they are selling, as not something they could have missed.
It is disgusting and I won’t be putting anything I own in it, so wasted about £700.

Lack customer service as replied with you couldn’t viewed, yeah sure customers around the world could also view in person.

I got a drosera capensis plant from this shop. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. The plant was healthy when it arrived. I would recommend this shop as they do much better and take more care than other online plant sellers I've had experience with.

Plants arrived quickly. You could tell a huge amount of care had been taken with packaging and the plants are incredible.
