Aimee was fantastic and very patient as I had to reschedule calls regularly or didn't get a chance to call back as I had a lot of personal things happening and work commitments. She was patient without being persistent and also very understanding. Thank you. She also tried her best to find me deals that considered and included some health conditions that I have IBS, perimenopause. Very helpful. Also although I took a while to have read through the documents, I loved the welcome pack and the little sticky tabs to make life that much easier to prompt what important parts needed filling in and returning. I undertook a review of my life insurance with Waddle. The team I dealt with including Becki & Charlotte were really knowledgeable and helpful. They ended up increasing my cover whilst saving me money and combining multiple products into one. I now feel confident that should the worse happen my wife and children will be well looked after. I was really impressed with the aftercare once they had sold me the cover. They followed up to ensure I had received the paperwork and helped me fill it in correctly. This really impressed me.
