Mathew has the patience of a saint and has explained everything to me clearly and in a way i can understand, no matter how many times ive asked (Alot🤣). He is readily available and encourages you to check in with him anytime with and queries you may have. The staff at waddle are lovely and very helpful (becky). Thank you guys for all your help. I really do have peace of mind knowing I have these policies in place and im confident that should the unexpected pop up im covered.

What makes waddle different is if you have taken life insurance out with another provider and some details are not right or have been missed out my experience is waddle can help particularly if your paying for a policy that will never pay out everything is so detailed and double checked so they’re isn’t anything wrong that if need be one day the policy(s)do pay Matthew and Becky do a magnificent job on getting you this point

I was initially contacted by Sam at Waddle because of concerns over my life policy, after a conversation with Nicloa I could understand the concerns they had on payout if i died Nicola suggested a different type of policy(s) I was well informed and monthly costs were cheaper than my life insurance - I'm completely happy with the cover I have now. Bethan and Millie were both very helpful with the welcome pack information - also had a brief discussion with Declan on other types of cover but after all was well explained felt happy to stay with what I now have, great staff, great communication..
