I have been a customer of Wades for many years and have always found them to be exceptionally helpful and totally reliable. They know their products and give that personal service that is missing from most retailers nowadays. Highly recommend.

Very happy with service
Very happy with service. My fridge freezer broke, and was proving a nightmare getting anyone to deliver next day, Argos, Very, Curry’s was all offering 4+ days. (Was first day back after New Year). It worked out cheaper with them also. Free delivery to Peterborough in less than 24 hours of ordering, removed old one, fitted new, took rubbish away all within minutes.
Highly recommended.

Fabulous service and price from Wades
Fabulous service and price from Wades. The big boys like Currys could learn a lot about customer service from these guys. I ordered a pair of headphones which arrived quickly and the price was better than Amazon. Love this family run retailer.

Goods arrived promptly and in good…
Goods arrived promptly and in good condition. Although it was electrical so had to be wrapped in plastic, this was kept to a minimum by not using a plastic bag (which are always oversized for the product). Good price as well. Very happy.

Real people, personal attention
My blanket was a great price, reasonable postage and arrived within days of being ordered. It wasn't quite what I needed. The return process was easy and quick, but most of all I was always talking to real approachable people. Wonderful company.
