Everything exactly as expected! The seat is very well made, installs securely and easily and most importantly…the pups love it! There was no fussing or anything. They laid down and enjoyed the ride.

We love the dog dock! It gives peace of mind when traveling that our pups are safe. We have had great experiences when contacting Wagging Rights as well. Our orders have arrived in a timely manner and have not had any issues.

Really pleased with the quality and comfort of the item. I was initially hesitant due to the price but actually the safety that comes with ISO FIX and also the comfort my frenchie is getting on trips far outweighs the cost.
Would definitely recommend to others.
As from the picture, I fluffed the bed up on arrival and my frenchie climbed straight in and fell asleep. She’s been pretty much the same on all our car journeys.
Delivery was within the week of ordering. So super quick too.

I received a dog dock from Wagging Rights and outside of the fact that my 6 month old lab loves it (and I feel much better about him riding in the car more secured) their customer service was top notch! I had an issue with my original delivery and not only were they immediately responsive, they sent me an entirely new dog dock. It’s rare to find good service anymore. I can’t speak more highly of them! If you are on the fence about buying a dog dock or any of their products, let this be your sign to move forward. Thanks Wagging Rights!!

I cannot stop talking about how much we love our Dog Dock! We got one about a month ago now and our pup absolutely loves it and seems much more comfortable from the old one we had which just buckled in and had a sherpa kind of lining over a foam structure type thing. The Dog Dock safely secures to the built in LATCH, around the headrest and around the seat itself to keep it from sliding around. Let me tell you - it does not move a bit!! I feel so much better taking Sandwiches (our pug) on rides, especially long ones. We just did a road trip from Ohio to Texas and he seemed so much happier in his new Dog Dock over our old setup. It could also double as a bed while we were staying places along the way. Highly recommend!!

From the moment I opened the box my dog was interested. He normally likes to lay on the couch with me, but he wanted to lay in the wagging rights bed. On our first car ride he immediately laid down and stayed down even when we got there. Normally he is up and looking out the window and trying to get closer to me in the front seat. I was hesitant at first because we have tried many different car seats, but this one really keeps him calm and comfortable.

This pet bed was perfect for our road trip! Kept the pups secured and cozy for the 8 day trip. Love that we were able to put both pups in one so they could snuggle up together 😊

On ordering the dog bed it stated free 5 day shipping. I ordered it on 14/10/2026 and it’s now 22/10/2026 - no bed. Also now worried about the sizing of it as can see lots of people saying they come up small. Should have gone with Luther Bennett.

Took a month to receive but worth the wait. Ezra now has a comfortable place to lay while I run errands or take a trip

Very pleased with our WaggingRights Dog Dock! Our puppy feels safe, secure, and comfortable during car rides. She settles in quickly and often falls right asleep. It has made traveling with her so easy. Highly recommend!

Eventually it's OK, but there are red flags and things a potential customer should be aware of before ordering. First of all, the ads suggest they have over ordered stock and the images of presumably a UK warehouse bursting at the seems are the premise for an attractive discount to help shift stock. It becomes obvious this is not the case as soon as an order is placed. My email to customer service was delayed then rejected. There is no other means of contacting them. I did get a shipping notice and a little digging showed it was from a location in China. I have nothing against this per se, but they are lying on the ads which is a concern. Not being able to contact them is also a major concern. I did think about contacting my bank to get the transaction cancelled, but decided to wait it out. I have ordered from China plenty of times before and to be fair the delivery time was quick in comparison and handled by Royal Mail once customs cleared in the UK. The box was damaged, but the contents were fine. The item itself is well made, though the pre-discount price of the XL at £360 is frankly ridiculous. As long as it doesn't develop faults with use I will be fairly happy with what I paid after the 're-stocking' discount. If it does fail in any way I am less than confident I'll be able to reach anyone to resolve it. I would have been quite happy with a truthful advert stating the actual process involved for ordering, but the lack of visibility of the company contact info is concerning. I would recommend the product as long as you get a hefty discount on the RRP, and are fully aware of the potential pitfalls.

Not impressed at all considering the price, emailed twice about returning the item with no response, said f@&k it and donated it to goodwill.

Well Max from the company said he would reach out personally and image that three days later and no contact from him. Highly recommend not doing business with this company.

We went on a long trip with our dog Scout. She loved the dog dock. She seemed so comfortable and we also used it in our VRBO as her bed. The zippers are hardy and the dog dock seems very well made. She got into some mud and we washed it per the instructions and it came perfectly clean.

Great quality, super helpful team. Make sure you get a bigger size if you want to use it as a cube rather than a bed. Thanks WaggingRights

The bed arrived as per delivery information. I got the XL, it wasn’t as large as I thought it was. I’ve got a lurcher and she only just fits in it!

Doesn’t fit my car well at all. Can’t put in back seat as it falls off the front of the seat or in boot on isofix. Have ended up with it in the boot not on isofix so is out as safe as it should be. Who knows!

I ordered my XL bed on October 13th with next day delivery and I am still waiting for tracking information on 21st October. I can see now that I am not the only one that is having deliver & customer service issues with this company as I have tried multiple times and multiple methods of contacting them to no avail...... disappointed to say the least.
I await to see what happens next as it seems you get a response if you post on here....!!!

What a shambles this company is the bed ordered 4th oct arrived 19th ( so much for the 2-5 express delivery ) I cancelled the order on the 14th Oct , was told by max as soon as it arrived email to get a return label , two email do i want keep it and get a 20% discount NO, So far 6 emails , 2 whats apps still no return label , I would avoid this company , just one excuse after another , Another email today can see why it takes 4 days to raise a return label, I have offer to send it back at my cost , have asked them for return address still nothing ,

I was over whelmed with the adverts on social media, so i thought i would order one for my dog. As i write this review i am yet to still receive my order. I ordered the dog seat 9days ago. I have emailed and got a reply to offer me £10 discount. I now just want my money back. If you are reading this @waggingrights... you're service is diabolical. Sort it out

Max is a wonderful founder. Takes feedback and makes changes. He has been so patient and helpful with us and we have ordered two dog beds and we love them. Our dog will not get out of them and it is such a massive relief that we can attach him safely and we don’t have to worry about him slipping forward. We have a dog bed in our car and in our campervan. Having a bed abroad too on our first big trip with our dog made such a big difference and the bed is so lightweight and easy to wash. We didn’t have to worry on our honeymoon as Otis was safe and comfy. He actually slept in the van and he never usually does.

Delivery was SLOW. The order confirmation page had said 5 days which I was fine with, almost 2 weeks later the bed arrived. The box was a little worse for wear too, big tears down one of the corners and looking like someone had sat on it.

Other than that the bed is fine, serves its purpose and makes it safer travelling with 2 dogs. I bought the large bed so they can sit together, it’s a tight fit getting it into the back seat but it just about works. It would be nice to have the option of slimmer cushions on some of the panels on the bed, this would make it so much easier getting it to fit comfortably in the car.
