I ordered the Soft Fleece Snuffle Ball and unfortunately it only made it not even an hour. We have a 1 year old American Bulldog/Catahoula mx. Hoped it would last a little longer for the price however we understand that our baby does have a strong jaw and teeth. Would not recommend for any Bully/Boxer or really any medium to large breed dogs. Thank You

My dog loved this toy, however, one of the small zip ties which held it together broke within minutes of giving it to her. I emailed your company twice and never received a response.

Unfortunately the toy I purchased just was not suitable for my Labrador and as you have mentioned could not withstand the chewing and ripping into it that my dog inflicted so it lasted about 5 days and pieces were left strewn around the house!!

knocked it out of the park! I was skeptical, but went to their website and ordered. Apparently I ordered the wrong thing and the treats just kept falling out. Wagglehound reached out to *me* and offered to replace it at no charge! I'm thrilled with the customer service and the dog LOVES finding her treats!

My Border Collies 6 mnths and 1.5 yrs did not show any interest in this toy. I had to put freeze dried dog food pucks in it, only for them to have removed them within minutes. It was very expensive for a basic felt tied into a ball that I easily could have done myself. I would not recommend this toy

I purchased 2 snuffle balls and this product looks nothing like what you have advertised. It came with felt ties and any treats you put in fell out immediately. This is meant to stimulate the dog. Stay well clear.

Opposed to the “blurb” after many weeks waiting for delivery, our dog “Colin” had very little interest interacting with your product. As an extremely active, intelligent and challenging 7 month old labradoodle he has no no no interest in even bothering with your product… I am sure that this cannot be the only terrible review …. If you check my other trust pilots reviews you will see I’m a VERY positive reviewer..for me to leave a bad review… speaks volumes ! Not a happy customer

She loved the toy when it came. I got very concerned about her ingesting the plastic. She tore through it very quickly with her teeth. 😢

This is my dogs favourite toy atm and she’s generally good at destroying toys, not this one. She looks forward to me going to work because she knows she gets her snuffle ball with treats hidden everywhere. I can’t recommend this toy enough.

First ball I got my dog pulled apart in a matter of hours so I reported this & fair enough it was replaced by a different type a little stronger but this only lasted about 2 week & is now in the bin not suitable at all for dogs choking hazard

Sorry but the waggle ball is awful and useless to my dogs! We can't hide any treats in the ball as there's lots of big holes through it!

I was very disappointed with the durability of the item I bought don't think I'll buy from this company again it wasn't cheap so 8m disappointed 😔

I'm giving this toy 2 stars only because my dog definitely liked it. But let's face it, the toy is basically a homemade craft. The pieces of felt were poorly tied and fell off immediately and my dog tried to eat them. The ball itself is available at any Petco (we have 2 at home) and the holes were so large that the treats just poured out of them. It was a waste of money.

The holes in the ball are quite large so the treat fell out quite easily. Our dog has also pulled several of the strips off the ball.

It has been sooooooooo long since I ordered from your site that 1. this is the first I have heard from you, 2. I am not even sure I placed the order because it was back at Xmas time and it is now mid-Feb, 3. When you give an original ship date, you should honor that, 4. at the bottom of this survey it says that you could receive this prior to getting your product because it is automatic, that is dumb.
What a waste of my time and money!
