I should have taken the advice of other reviewers here. Not sure if the company is undergoing some internal issues but it is appalling how they ignore emails - which is the only way to contact them. I was charged for a bundle order, but they sent over just a single item in the bundle. I reached out to them several times to flag this issue and to arrange a return since they decided to ignore my prior email flagging the error in the order confirmation email - which was sent ahead of their delivery, and yet no response. Now having to wait for Paypal to resolve this which means waiting for 90days.

Save yourself the stress and ignore this vendor.

They did end up responding to my concern after multiple mails and a paypal query. Resolution was swift and order was completed.

Very fast delivery and I love their waist trainers! Have tried several other brands but I keep going back to this.

Do not answer emails re refund so I will now be opening a resolution with PayPal !! They will not be keeping my money !!

UPDATE -response below is rubbish no emails went to my junk at all and I ended up going through PayPal resolution to receive my refund !!

Avoid, not interested in your complaint, don’t deliver within timescale and provide option for next day delivery for a charge and dispatch items after 4 days

Please do not order from this company. You don’t get your money back when a refund is requested. I’ve sent emails and had zero replies. Absolutely shocking how this company is allowed to trade. I will be taking this further.

Have ordered 4 times from this website and everytime I have received the product the next day with the free shipping option! Great experience will continue to order from them.

Took my money. No confirmation of order. No product. Avoid.
